Related to the Cosmic Meditation

Before we begin with each day’s Frequency Report I would like to remind everyone who is participating in the Cosmic Meditation for the Initial Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche what our main focus for this Out-breath phase is.

Remember our focus during the second In-breath phase was on creating and holding a space where all could open to the Voice of their Higher Self by Expanding their Heart Chakra Center and thus begin viewing an expanded perspective of our Collective Reality.

During the four days of this second In-breath phase cycle we went within our Personal, Collective and Multi-dimensional bodies and created and held a space of Welcome and Safety for all those who are desirous of change, and want to take action to make that change, yet are still intimidated and fearful of doing so.

We focused on creating this space using the 99 Frequency of Universal Love Shining Forth and Divine Grace so that others may come in to their personal power and see and know beyond doubt… WE ARE THE CHANGE WE DESIRE TO CREATE.

Then yesterday on the 19^th, the first day of this second Out-breath phase, we began exhaling this energy out to envelope all of Humanity and its Collective Consciousness and Reality.

We began lovingly exhaling this energy out to wrap Earth and all life on it in this Welcoming and Safe blanket of Healing so as to be of assistance in making Change in our Reality in a positive and Spiritually Expansive fashion.

Don’t forget, within this Welcoming and Safe blanket of Healing is held the realization that “Forgiveness” of self and others is essential to creating positive change in our Collective Reality.  

Through the 23^rd we will continue to exhale this frequency and its energy out from our Expanded Heart Chakra in the same manner of Unconditional Love Shining Forth, bestowing the Sacred Gifts of Divine Grace.

Our Intention, Pray and Meditation focus for this Out-Breath phase is the bestowing of Divine Grace and Unconditional Love Shining Forth so that all wounds and harms may be Healed and Forgiven. We create and ask this so that All Beings of Earth may know they exist within a Realty of Safety where all are Welcome to Share and partake of the Holy Waters of Divine Love and Grace.

1/20/14 is a 1 Frequency day with a 111 Minor frequency influence.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 1 and 111 are:

1 – I AM Independent & Brave

111 – I AM Multi-dimensional Thought Energy Set into Motion

The 1 Frequency is about the Self… you as the Individual you are. So in a very real way today’s frequency is focused on working on Self. The reason the work on Self is so important right now is because if we are to be effective at the work of this month’s Comic Meditation we have to have our own energy balanced and flowing properly.

The 111 Frequency is very subtle today, so it is really more of a very quiet undercurrent adding just a whisper of influence and direction to the main work on self. The 111 Frequency is about the initial movement of thought energy into the Multi-dimensional realms; it is the conception of this thought and is not necessarily a conscious thought yet. Adding this to the 1 Frequency it gives assistance, through subtle whispers from the Higher Self, in finding the courage needed to begin the quest and journey into what being Multi-dimensional means for you as an individual.

If you are a regular at reading the Daily Frequency Reports you are familiar with the example I have shared surrounding the 1 Frequency and the journey of the Newly Awakened Self.

One of the best examples to use in understanding the 1 Frequency is found in Tarot in The Fool card. This card represents one who is innocent in knowledge and life experiences, in this case there is little knowledge and experience in understanding exactly what being Multi-dimensional looks like. But it is exactly because of this lack of knowledge and experience with Multi-dimensionality that the 1 Frequency is of such great assistance in allowing us to be fearless in exploring these newly opening Multi-dimensional realms.

The 1 Frequency and The Fool represent New Beginnings, being spontaneous and jumping in. Not in a sense of carelessness and reckless abandon, (although from time to time it may appear to others this is the case) but out of a sense of wonder, awe, excitement and questioning.

The Fool is beginning a journey down a new and unexplored path in search of, “What else is out there?”

The Fool’s lack of experience allows him to take off in a new direction unhindered by falsely preconceived ideas and fears created by others.

The Fool is actually an Independent Free Thinker because of his innocence and lack of experience. Unafraid to go exploring in territory in pursuit of answers where others would try to convince him dangers lie hidden in wait to harm him, he will cross boundaries marked by signposts warning…

“Here there be Dragons!”

He is driven to search no matter the cost.  He will “Boldly go where no man has gone before”, (any Trekky will know that one!) and Bravely face his fears.

In many ways we are now starting The Fool’s Journey down a New Path into Uncharted Territory; a path leading into the Multi-dimensional Realms of Reality.

Today’s frequency combination lends assistance in being able to find the courage needed to start down this new path into the uncharted territory of this New and Expanded Reality of Multi-dimensionality we are preparing to move in to.

So today, BE BRAVE! Be that Independent Free Thinker and take the Beginning steps onto that New Path before you! Allow your Journey into the Multi-dimensional Realms to begin!

11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation

44 – I Am Structured Power & Metamorphosis

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more spiritual perspective.

The 44 Frequency is the frequency where the igniting of the Spark of the Group Collective Conscious Mind that lies dormant in the 2 Frequency occurs.

Here within the 44 Frequency is where Ruling and Governmental Bodies work at their best; where those in positions of power learn to come together and to work toward what is best for everyone concerned. This Frequency is where we learn to come together and act in accordance for All… as ONE.

The 44 Frequency is also about Metamorphosis.

The new path into the Multi-dimensional realms we, the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, are beginning down will change us and our perceptions of Reality. This new path will change us is ways, that at this stage of our journey we cannot yet even begin to imagine; especially under the multi 7 Frequency that is heavily influencing 2014.

At this point in projected space and time we are only beginning to think about, and comprehend what the concept of a Universe of Infinite Possibilities looks like and how it responds and operates.

Remember, Metamorphosis is beyond simple ordinary change.

Change makes your reality different, but Metamorphosis births you into a completely different and New Reality. Metamorphosis is being born anew into a reality you never even knew existed before.

Today our added focus is on directly projecting the 99 Frequency of Universal Love Shining Forth and Divine Grace toward the Heart of Planetary Governments and Ruling Bodies and Organizations in order to assist in the further opening of the Heart Chakras of those who make decisions affecting the lives of large populations of humans. We do this with the Sacred Intention of Creating the necessary Metamorphosis of Structured Power Organizations allowing those holding these positions to understand and know the Hope for a brighter future for Humanity lies not in division; and that the Safety desired by all Nations is created without boundaries of fear and greed, and resides in the Forgiveness and Healing of old wounds and Welcoming Change.

Today is a 9 Frequency day with a 11 Sub-frequency influence.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 9 and 11 are:

9 – I AM Unconditional Giving

11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation

This 9-11 Frequency combination was the frequency we stated the year 2014 with; and today is also the first day of the second Out-breath phase in our 22 day Cosmic Meditation designed for the Initial Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche.

I have always shared that the easiest way to come to understand and experience the frequency of the 9 frequency bandwidth is to think of Mother Teresa and Princess Diana and the work these two women did, and the energy they embodied and projected to the world. The loving energy that floods over you when you connect with this image is the energy of the 9 Frequency.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more spiritual perspective.

Today the 11 frequency is here to lend support to the 9 Frequency. It is here to assist in expanding your understanding of Divine Unconditional Giving and the difference holding this level of Giving and Compassion can make in the world when we apply it to our lives each and every day.

The 9 Frequency is about Unconditional Giving, and Unconditional Giving is giving to others without expectation of return.

We must also know and remember that Forgiveness is also an act of Unconditional Giving. Let’s look at this for just a moment.

It is said,

“To err is human, to forgive is divine.”

What we must first recognize is that, this act of Unconditional Giving through Forgiveness must begin with our Self if we are to be of true assistance to the work of creating and manifesting a positive influence on the world and the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity as One.

You cannot lend positive energy to creating and manifesting Positive Change, World Peace and Equality while holding onto anger, resentment, pain, grief, judgment, and chastisement of Self (or others) over what you perceive as past mistakes; and to truly forgive others to the full extent of this energy, you must do so for Self first.

What transpires when you Forgive yourself is a complete release of energies that no longer serve your highest good or the highest good of the Collective Consciousness.

The 9 Frequency is also about Completion, and the act of Unconditional Giving through Forgiveness brings you to this stage of Completion. Once reached, this is a big step in your Spiritual Awakening process; for you cannot move forward to exist fully and continuously into the Master Number Frequencies until this process is complete.

Remember, as was stated in the quote above, Forgiveness is a Conscious and Deliberate Decision. You must want to do this work, then you must Consciously decide to Forgive, then you must act upon that decision.

Today’s 9 Frequency lends assistance in finalizing this work on all levels. So use this familiar energy to assist you in this work of Completion of the release of energies that no longer serve your highest good and prepare to step forward into a new existence in the frequencies of the Master Numbers in a stronger and more continuous manner.

We exhale this frequency and its energy out from our Expanded Heart Chakra in the same manner of Unconditional Love Shining Forth, bestowing the Sacred Gifts of Divine Grace as did Mother Teresa, Princess Diana, St. Francis of Assisi, and many others when they walked our Precious Earth in physical form.

Today, and during the next four day of Out-breath of the bestowing of Unconditional Love and Divine Grace Shining Forth may all be Healed and Forgiven. May All Beings of Earth know they exist within a Realty of Safety where all are Welcome to Share and partake of the Holy Waters of Divine Love and Grace.

Greetings to All,

I AM starting the process of posting multiple days Metatronic Numerology Frequency Reports together. Remember I shared a few days ago that I would be starting to do this in order to make more time to work of other information I have to share. Following are the frequencies for the next few days. I know it is a lot, so I suggest you read it over once then come back each day and reread the portion for that day as a quick reminder.

A quick note: If you are just now finding us here at Shambahalla – New Earth and are not yet familiar with the Cosmic Meditation we are doing this month, I suggest you read the Frequency Reports beginning around the 6^th of January. That will allow you to understand what we are doing and participate if you like.

Wednesday January 15^th, we started the second In-breath phase of our Cosmic Meditation. Interesting, but not surprising, we are repeating the same Frequency Combinations with only minor differences for the four In-breath days of this cycle that we had in the first In-breath phase cycle.

This In-breath phase will be even more intense than the first, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself wanting to secret away and spend more time than usual to yourself. Allow yourself some extra quite time if possible on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to really delve deep into the meditative work of those days, and know it is alright if you are not in a talkative mood during this time.

Remember this 22 day Cosmic Meditation is designed to initiate the Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche, and our focus during this In-breath cycle is about creating and holding a space where all of humanity can open to the Voice of their Higher Self by Expanding their Heart Chakra Center and thus view an expanded perspective of our Collective Reality.

During this In-breath phase cycle we focus on creating within our Personal, Collective and Multi-dimensional bodies a space of Welcome and Safety for all those who are desirous of change, and who want to take action to make that change, yet are still intimidated and fearful of doing so.

We are to focus on creating this space using the 99 Frequency of Universal Love Shining Forth and Divine Grace so that others may come in to their personal power and see and know beyond doubt… WE ARE THE CHANGE WE DESIRE TO CREATE

Here is a quick overview of the frequencies for the 16^th, 17^th and 18^th.

1/16/14 is a 6 Frequency day with a 77 Sub-frequency influence and a 777 Passive Potential.

1/17/14 is a 7 Frequency day with a 77 Sub-frequency influence.

1/18/14 is an 8-11 Frequency combination day with a 77 Sub-frequency influence and a 777 Passive Potential, and is the last day of this In-breath phase cycle.

We are going to take a look at the more subtle frequencies in play on the 16^th, 17^th and 18^th first; the 77 of all three days and the 777 on the 16^th and 18^th.

What these two frequencies are doing for us during the days under their influence is to assist in the expansion of our perspective of what our reality truly is and how it operates and works and how our thoughts and intentions effect what is created.

These frequencies, especially the 77 Frequency, also lend assistance with the melding of our spiritual intuitive abilities with and into a cohesive form with our physical intellect. In other words it helps us create a stronger communications connection with the Voice of Spirit and our Higher Self and Spiritual Guides.  

The energy bandwidth of the 777 Frequency is where, through the use of Sacred Alchemical processes, we begin working within the Multi-dimensional realms of reality in a much more mentally expanded way, and learn to bring together, blend and merge, the Technological, the Biological and the Spiritual aspects of Self and all their dimensions.

This frequency and the information it contains, and what is capable of being created within it are amazing to say the least. As we get deeper into this year we will be working with it more and more and going every deeper into it influence: So be ready!

The 77 and 777 frequencies are part of the frequency pattern for the year of 2014. So although they are affecting the frequencies of these four In-breath day’s overall energy, they are really more about bringing into our awareness the baseline frequency for this year.

We have already had several days this year with these frequencies in play, and will continue to see them is subtle fashion quite often for the next several months, indeed all year long. But right now their recurring appearance is for our benefit to help us assimilate into the 7-77-777 Frequency with a 7-11 embed that is 2014’s main overall frequencies.

Now let’s take a quick look at each day’s main frequency and what they each have to offer of assistance in our focus.

1/16/14 is a 6 Frequency day.

The I AM Keyword Phrase for 6 is…

6 – I AM Love’s Responsibility

The 6 energy is about taking on our individual responsibility in caring for our family; our immediate birth family, and then extending out in ever widening circles until it encompasses the whole of The Family of Man.

It is about taking on our Responsibility out of a sense of Love, not out of a sense of obligation, and teaches how to care for family without becoming overly critical and trying to make everyone exist in the world in the manner you see and believe to be the most proper; but instead doing so in a fashion that fosters each individual to be responsible for self.

This is the Mother aspect of the Goddess teaching by words, deeds and actions of Love, not by coercion, force, guilt and intimidation how to think for Self and be responsible in interactions with others and the world as a whole.

Related to the Cosmic Meditation this frequency is about us taking conscious responsibility for our individual and collective part in the Initial Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche in a loving and caring fashion and exuding this energy for others to benefit from. This energy allows others to “feel” and “know” they are loved and cared for, and it is safe for them to step out and make the changes in their life and reality they really would like to, but have always been afraid to do.

1/17/14 is a 7 Frequency day.

The I AM Keyword phrase for 7 is…

7 – I AM Intelligence Seeking Self

The 7 Frequency is about Seeking and Study, Analysis and Understanding. In many ways it is the frequency of the mind.

Within the 7 frequency lies the energy of the Sciences and Technology; especially those related to the physical world.

On the journey of spiritual awakening, the 7 bandwidth is where the desire to go within in order to seek a clearer understanding of Self and the workings of our Universe and how we fit into it all begins to become a priority in life. 7 is the frequency of the Sacred Mysteries and all things Spiritual, and here within this energy lies the initial gateway into The Sacred Esoteric Mysteries.

Related to the Cosmic Meditation this frequency and day’s work is a focus on us becoming more consciously aware of how we, as the individual we are, affects the whole of the Collective by our thoughts, words, deeds and actions.

1/18/14 is an 8-11 Frequency combination day.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 8 and 11 are…

8 – I AM Secure Physical Reality

11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation

This frequency combination lends us assistance in being able to clearly see through the Illusion of Physical Reality.

It helps us to see and remember that, just as the “koan” states,

I AM not a Physical Being on a Spiritual Path

I AM a Spiritual Being on a Physical Path

The 8/11 Frequency combination helps to see just how important it is to remember that what you view and think of as “Reality” is in fact an Illusion, and that it is vital to keep this knowledge at the forefront of your consciousness if you are to truly help in creating and maintaining the change we have been working so hard to implement into our individual daily lives, as well as the positive change on a planetary scale we desire to create.

Related to the Cosmic Meditation this frequency and day’s work is a focus on constantly being aware of the Illusion we call reality, so we can better Co-create a more Secure Physical Reality for everyone concerned in an equal manner. Its focus is about envisioning the Collective’s near future “Present Projected Time Frame Reality” we are working at creating.

Remember, late in the evening of his day we began the initial Out-breath of the Cosmic Meditation.

In February 2014 we will be doing some initial Cleansing, Realigning and Conscious Evolution of our DNA! Sounds exciting doesn’t it?!

Today is a 5 Frequency day with a 55 Sub-influence Frequency. We also have the influence of a 77 Minor and a 777 Passive Potential, along with a 7-11 frequency combination embedded into today.

Remember, today is the first In-breath day for the second In-breath phase of our Cosmic Meditation this month.

I want to start with sharing something. The first time I sat on my porch writing about this frequency combination, back in September of 2013, Crow flew in with a message. Amazingly enough, as I sat on my porch this time writing about this 5-55 combination Crow flew in again with a message relevant to the work of the Cosmic Meditation we are currently doing. I will share it in just a bit.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 5, 55, 77 and 777 are…

5 – I AM Adventurous Change

55 – I AM the Higher Self Aware of Divine Will

77 – I AM the Divinely Inspired Synthesis of Spiritual Intuition and Physical Intelligence 

777 – I AM the Divine Multi-dimensional Alchemical Synthesis of Technology, Biology and Spirit

We are going to take a look at the more subtle frequencies in play here today first; the 77 and the 777 frequencies and the 7-11 frequency embed.

The energy bandwidth of the 777 Frequency is where, through the use of Sacred Alchemical processes, we begin working within the Multi-dimensional realms of reality in a much more mentally expanded way, and learn to bring together, blend and merge, the Technological, the Biological and the Spiritual aspects of Self and all their dimensions.

This frequency and the information it contains, and what is capable of being created within it are amazing to say the least. As we get deeper into this year we will be working with it more and more and going every deeper into it influence: So be ready!

The 7-11 Frequency combination is very powerful and lends assistance in going beyond the surface in looking at Self. It can be a difficult energy for many; for if they are not comfortable with Self and their Spirituality and Spiritual beliefs, and are still not ready to be Responsible for their own Spiritual growth, this energy can be stressful and unpleasant.

This Frequency combination leaves no room for NOT taking seriously your Individual Responsibility for your own Spiritual Growth.

Just as a Saturn Return in you Natal Astrological Chart forces you to take a long hard look at Self and demands you examine your life and your belief system, so too does this Frequency combination push you beyond your comfort zone in what you consider your individual Responsibility for Self, especially as it pertains to your individual responsibility to being of assistance to the Awakening Journey of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.

This 7-11 Frequency combination disallows the ability to any longer ignore the Truth of our Reality and your portion of the Responsibility for creating it.

Much of what we are seeing play out on the world stage associated with corruption being brought to light is because of this frequency combination’s effects. Believe me, we will see much, much more as this year progresses.

Now on to the main frequency for today: the 5-55 Frequency combination.

The 5 Frequency is about Change, Adventure and Action. Here within this frequency lies the energy of the Visionary, the one who can see the bigger picture. Here lies the energy of the Constructive Use of Freedom and the Right Use of Free Will.

The energy of the 5 Frequency loves change and is always looking for the next great adventure into the unknown; an occurrence that once experienced will change your perspective of reality forever.

The 55 Frequency is the frequency bandwidth of the Individualized Awareness of the Higher Self. Here the spark of the Divine Heart that lies dormant in the 1 Frequency is ignited.

In this initial igniting, the awareness of the Higher Self is made evident to the individual and communication with the Higher Self becomes more lucid and coherent. When the connection to the Higher Self is accomplished and a clear communications link is established, then the understanding of Divine Will begins to transpire.

Divine Will is spoken of by the Higher Self, for the Higher Self of each individual self sees the larger perspective of our reality from a much expanded view and is capable of placing the needs of the Collective Consciousness above the needs and desires of self.

On a personal level the energies of today are showing you, and saying to you, that your Higher Self, your True Spiritual Nature, if you will, is calling you.

The message today is that it is time for Change in your life, time to connect to, and begin earnestly listening to that part of you that knows there is more to this reality than can be seen by the physical eyes; this is your Higher Self speaking to you.

Your Higher Self is asking you to begin viewing your life through your Spiritual eyes; to begin listening to your inner voice and KNOW your reality is much more than you currently believe it to be.

If you are one who has a fear of change, today’s energy will support you in taking the first step to the changes in your life you would love to make, but have never had the courage to attempt.

Today’s frequency is all about being Adventurous and taking the next step in changing your life into something more in line with what your heart desires. This is the day to take that leap of faith and step out and do what you have always wanted to do, but never have.

Today, fully step into this Multi-level 5 energy. Be Adventurous and take the steps that will expand and Change your reality forever.

For those participating in the 22 day Cosmic Meditation of the Initial Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche, today is the first In-breath day for the second In-breath phase of our Cosmic Meditation. Also remember we are still passing through the debris tail of Comet ISON, so the push for the continued expansion of the Heart Chakra for the Collective Consciousness is still very strong.

Today we begin again, with the inward focus on bringing the energy of the 99 Frequency of Universal Love and Divine Grace into our Individual Energy Matryx Grids, allowing it to permeate every fractal particle of our Consciousness.

This In-breath phase will be even more intense than the first one was, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself wanting to secret away and spend more time than usually to yourself. Allow yourself some extra quite time if possible, and know it is alright if you are not in a talkative mood for the next four days.

I mentioned earlier that Crow had brought us a message from Spirit relevant to the work of the Cosmic Meditation we are currently doing. Remember this meditation work we are doing this month is designed to begin the healing process for the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche.

Following is the message I heard from Spirit through Crow this morning to share with you.

“Holders of the Masculine Frequency for Humankind, It is time to regain control of your Sovereign Power.

Far too long in linear time have you allowed yourselves to be manipulated into being something you are not.

It is time you disallow your thinking, words and actions to be used against you. It is time to re-find your balanced center and reclaim your Spiritual and Physical Truth.

The Masculine Frequency’s true Spiritual Nature is to Protect, Cherish and Sustain; NOT Destroy, Disdain and Consume.

Spirit calls you back to your Sovereign State of Power and Truth.

Will YOU heed this Call?

Cosmic Meditation Focus: 1/15/14

Our focus today is on creating and holding a space where all can open to the Voice of their Higher Self by Expanding their Heart Chakra Center and thus view an expanded perspective of our Collective Reality.

Today within our Personal, Collective and Multi-dimensional bodies we create and hold a space of Welcome and Safety for all those who are desirous of change, and want to take action to make that change, yet are still intimidated and fearful of doing so.

We are to focus on creating this space using the 99 Frequency of Universal Love Shining Forth and Divine Grace so that others may come in to their personal power and see and know beyond doubt… WE ARE THE CHANGE WE DESIRE TO CREATE.
