As we move closer to the end of 2015 and prepare to enter into the 9 Frequency of 2016 I would like to share a Guided Meditation from a year ago.
This meditation is a journey through the Void into a single reality of your personal Multi-dimensionality. Its use at this particular time is meant to be of benefit in preparation for what is to come, and in learning how to exist more easily in the multidimensional realms and realities simultaneously with your current earthly human reality experience.
This is an article I originally posted in February of this year, but I feel called to post it again.
This year, 2015, is an 8 Frequency year, and is very much about creating our Physical World the way we desire it to be. We are now through the largest part of this year and I feel it a good time to refocus on the Intentional Creation of our Physical World in order to finalize the work of this year’s frequency.
I now share this information once again to be a gentle reminder of the ways in which we use energy to create our reality.
Creating Reality through Setting Limits & Boundaries
If all are in agreement it is your right to hold the point of view that you need feel no personal obligation to invite or allow into your home a person who intends to rob you of your material possessions or wealth, or do you or your family harm; and this point of view being fully acceptable by personal and societal standards, why do you continue to feel obligated to invite and allow in to your home and life people, relationships and situations that rob you and your family of your emotional, mental and spiritual balance, wealth and peace of mind?
Just as you have the right to protect yourself, your family, your home, and your material possessions and wealth, you have the Right to set Limits, Boundaries and Acceptable Behavior Standards for people, relationships and situations allowed into your life that take away from you and your family emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It is not just your physical life you should feel to be deemed important enough to protect.
The truth is, the state of your physical life, including your physical health, as well as your material possessions and wealth, is created by, and a reflection of, the state of your emotional, mental and spiritual lives. In other words, all things good you desire to call to yourself and create cannot be created in the physical world if you do not have your emotions, thoughts and spiritual well being in a positive, balanced and peaceful state of existence.
It is very important to continually be aware of energy you are exposing yourself to; energy created from the behavior of people in your daily life.
Equally important is the need to be aware of the sounds you are exposed to each day. The music we choose to listen to and the type of television programming we choose to watch are two of the main ways in which sound affects us in our everyday world these days. Video games we play, and even things such as traffic noise, the tones of other people’s voices and words, and all the other everyday sounds of society also affect the maintaining of our personal energy’s state of balance.
We also need to be very cognizant of the things we view each day. Once again, television and video games become something we need to pay very close attention to when it comes to what we view each day. Are you choosing to watch programming containing violence and drama? If so, you may need to be more aware of what you are choosing to watch and focus on.
If we ascribe to the belief that we create our own Reality, and that as Quantum Physics has shown us, understand the observer affects the observed, then we need to realize it is our responsibility to become ever more aware of the reality we are creating, and the ways in which we are creating it.
Did you know that over fifty percent of the brain’s cortex and thirty percent or more of the neurons in the cortex are devoted to physical vision? What does this tell you about how important vision is to how we create reality? Then add the eight percent devoted to touch and the three percent to hearing, and yet another eleven percent has been added to this figure.
Many people today are becoming very aware of the purity of the foods ingested into their body and how important it is to the overall well being of their physical health, yet they continue to feed and energetically ingest into their body toxins through the things they ingest through their visual, auditory and olfactory senses; and let’s not overlook the importance and part played by the tactile sense.
This year, 2015, is an 8 Frequency year, and is very much about creating our Physical World the way we desire it to be. To do so positively and efficiently we have to be aware of the tools we are using to create reality.
Do you have people in your life who create drama? Are you listening to inharmonious music and watching scenes of violence and high drama? Are you exposed to discordant sounds of traffic and other everyday noises without being aware of them anymore or ever taking the time to revitalize yourself in nature? Have you become desensitized to all of these things to the point of not ever giving them any conscious thought? If so, maybe it is time to take a closer look at the ways in which you are creating your reality.

Greetings Dearest Spiritual Family,
As we have recently moved out of 2014, a 7 Frequency year, into 2015 an 8 Frequency year I AM being led to once again share two Guided Meditations, Kyra and I originally shared with you in March of 2014.
These two meditations are designed to be used in conjunction with each other in a particular order, so as to be of optimal assistance in aiding one in releasing the last vestiges what no longer serves their highest good, and preparing them for what is to come next.
The first meditation was designed to lead you through the process of Detaching Energetic Cords connected to people and situations that no longer serve your Highest Good.
The second meditation was designed to guide you through the process of Rewriting Sacred Contracts with others in your life.
As we grow spiritually and expand our consciousness and our perspectives and understanding of our reality, we change. Because of this the way we interact with others often needs to change also.
When we enter into a relationship with another, no matter what type of relationship it is, we do so with an understanding (on a higher spiritual level) of how we will interact with that person, what type of part we will play in their life and what type of part they will play in ours. With the changes that come with our Spiritual Awakening these contracts periodically need to be updated. That is what this second Meditation is designed to be of assistance with.
I feel these Guided Meditations can be of assistance again now for several reasons.
Like I stated before, with the movement out of the year 2014 into the year 2015 we have moved from a 7 Frequency to an 8 Frequency, so we need to “wipe the slate clean” in a sense, so as to be better prepared for the work brought to us by the 8 Frequency as we move ever deeper into it this year.
Another reason is because very soon we will be moving through some strong and powerful energy waves, and we need to be as prepared as possible when we enter them so we can continue to do the best work we possibly can as we continue into the next phases of our Spiritual Journey.
As quickly as possible…
2015 is an 8 Frequency year. The work of the 8 Frequency is very much about Manifesting a Safe and Secure Physical Reality, so this year’s work is very much about creating a New Physical World and Reality.
In many ways this work had its beginnings in the frequencies of last November and is about readying ourselves for what is set to begin in earnest with the March Equinox, when we enter the first of four Tetrads; (tetrad: a group of 4) the first of which consists of the years 2015 through 2018.
This first of these four tetrads, (4 consecutive tetrads = 16 years) is to be used to create a New Spiritual Foundation upon which to build a more Safe, Secure and Spiritually Awakened Collective Physical Reality.
I will elaborate more on this in the next posting. For now, please use the two Guided Meditations to assist you with releasing what it is time to let go of and begin setting the stage for what is to come.

Rebalancing our Individual & Collective Energy Matryx Grids of Karmic Imbalanced Energy
This is work we initially did in the month of September of 2014. We are being brought back to this work to continue it and hopefully finalize some of it for ourselves and for the Collective Consciousness.
Following is a list for each of the particular Karmic Imbalanced Energies to focus on rebalancing from our Energy Matryx Grids during this week.
Along with this you will also find information about each type of Karmic Imbalance, how it is generally created in past lives, and how it most commonly manifests in our current daily reality. You will also find basic instructions on how to do this work and specific Solfeggio Frequencies listed and videos to use with the rebalancing of each Karmic Imbalanced Energy.
Note
To do this work you do not need to go in search of specific memories from past lifetimes. If they show up, just look at them quickly and let them go. See them for what they are; an Illusionary play on a stage used to create this energy within your Soul’s Energy Matryx Grid.
We are simply going to disentangle ourselves from this twisted and knotted unbalanced energy hodgepodge by looking at the FrequencyRibbons woven through our energy fields, and use certain tools and techniques powered by INTENT to clear this disordered jumbled chaos.
The same holds true for working on the Collective’s Energy Matryx Grid. We do not need to look at particular countries or groups of people, or their behaviors, attitudes and beliefs. If certain images pop up, know it is telling you, as the individual you are, you need to focus your loving INTENTIONS toward certain peoples and/or areas of the planet. Know you are being called to assist in that specific area of the Collective’s Matryx.
Don’t forget, just like stated above, what we are doing to assist in disentangling this twisted and knotted unbalanced energy hodgepodge from the Collective’s EnergyMatryx is the same thing we do when working on our own. WE simply look at the FrequencyRibbon woven through the Collective’s energy field and use the same tools and techniques powered by INTENT to clear the disordered jumbled chaos from the Collective’s Energy Matryx Grid.

The following Guided Meditation is one Kyra and I recorded to be used in Preparation for this work when we initially did it in September of 2014. You may wish to use it prior to doing the Karmic Imbalance rebalancing work.
This type of Karmic Imbalance is associated with a lack of application to work requiring accomplishment in a past life. It speaks of a lifetime spent in activity and behaviors of sidestepping work and burdening others with what was rightfully your share, while reaping the rewards and benefitting from the labor of others; in other words, taking more than what you had earned.
This Karmic Imbalanced Energy creates tendencies of being rigid, obstinate and dogmatic, as well as feelings of being limited, restricted and boxed in. There is often a sense that you have to work harder than most other people to gain the same stride forward, and this is often true if there is much of this type of Karmically Imbalanced energy within your Energy Matryx Grid.
Those with this type of energy imbalance tend to try to rationalize away why their life seems so hard, and from their perspective it is always someone else’s fault; victim energy.
This type of Imbalanced Karmic energy makes it hard for people to change their mind and set a new and more productive course because they can be so obstinate and fight thinking outside of the small confined box they consider to be reality. They often complain about how hard their life is, and how limited and confined they feel, but rarely take any responsibility for the reasons they feel that way, or do anything about making changes that would free them from this sense of restriction and limitation.
NOTE: Issues with money and finances can be created and associated with any Karmic Imbalanced Energy, but are most often related to the 13/4 Karmic Imbalance.

For working on the 13/4 Karmic Imbalance you can use the 174Hz Solfeggio Frequency as a vibrational tool to assist in the work of rebalancing this particular Karmic Imbalanced energy. 14/5 Karmic Imbalance
This type of Karmic Imbalance is associated with the misuse of freedom in past lives; lifetimes were freedom for self was found at the expense of others, or in a manner that was destructive to one’s own self and best interests.
It is also associated very strongly with addictions of all kinds. Especially those related to the physical senses, such as overindulgences in things such as food, alcohol, drugs and/or sex. This behavior most likely occurred in other lifetimes, but may also manifest in this lifetime if the energy of this Karmic Imbalance is strong in the Energy Matryx Grid of the individual.
With this Karmic Imbalance there are often behaviors of irresponsibility and lack of accountability; procrastination is one of the main problems associated with this energy.
Another way this Karmic Imbalance can manifest is through creating issues with obsession; obsession in any area of life, including but not limited to, the workaholic, the perfectionist, and/or mild to severe Obsessive Compulsive Disorders.
For working on this 14/5 Karmic Imbalance use the 285Hz Solfeggio Frequency as a vibrational tool to assist in the work of rebalancing this particular Karmic Imbalanced energy. This Solfeggio Frequency is for use with expanding Quantum Cognition, which assists with memory, attention, and an overall sense of purpose. You may also wish to tone the mantra “Vam” while envisioning a clear and vibrant Orange ball of light while doing today’s work.
16/7 Karmic Imbalance
This type of Karmic Imbalance is associated with issues with relationships; personal relationships especially.
Very often this type of imbalanced energy was created in a lifetime where participation in unusual (unusual as accepted by societal standards and norms), and/or illicit love affairs were involved. Here we are talking about the types of behaviors and involvements in relationships that, according to acceptable standards, caused suffering to others, and often times, even to self.
With this Karmic Imbalance, in those lifetimes and this one, there is often a distorted understanding of what love really is, and how it is shared. This leads to feelings of confusion and behaviors of perversion and deception; especially as it relates to relationships with others.
This type of Karmic Imbalanced Energy can also cause personality traits which create a fear of commitment and behaviors of betrayal; either by the individual themselves or in the type of person they attract, or both. This makes finding and existing within a long-lasting, loving and positive relationship to be almost impossible until this energy is rebalanced.
NOTE: Issues with relationships, communication and the reawakening and honing of accurate telepathic abilities can be created and associated with any Karmic Imbalanced Energy, but are most often related to the 16/7 Karmic Imbalance.
For working on this 16/7Karmic Imbalance you can use the 639Hz Solfeggio Frequency as a vibrational tool to assist in the work of rebalancing this particular Karmic Imbalanced energy. This is the frequency of Relationship Harmonization.
19/10/1 Karmic Imbalance
These types of Karmic Imbalances most often develop when a person was involved in lifetimes where there was abuse of power and/or complete self-centeredness; where behaviors such as being blind to everyone and everything except one’s own selfish fulfillment of their individual desires for power and control was paramount.
Greed is a large part of this type of Karmic Imbalance and is strong here, and can manifest in many different ways. One of the main issues created by this imbalanced energy is a thirst for controlling others, often to the point of abusiveness; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Individual negative traits that often manifest in this life time associated with this type of Karmically Imbalanced Energy can be of opposite extremes. 1: They may manifest once again in being completely consumed with self and one’s own desires, unaware of other’s needs and emotions or 2: They may manifest in behaviors of a person being very dependent on others, yet extremely unhappy with their dependant nature, and always blaming others for their lack of ability to stand on their own two feet; a “victim” energy and attitude.
For working on this 19/10/1Karmic Imbalance you can use the 396Hz Solfeggio Frequency as a vibrational tool to assist in the work of rebalancing this particular Karmic Imbalanced energy. This is the frequency of Liberation from Fear and Guilt, and there is an association with the Solar Plexus Chakra; the Power Center of our physical body and reality. This is useful because it is within the energy of Fear and Guilt where this particular Karmic Imbalance is most often created.
17/8 Karmic Imbalanced Energy
The 17/8 Karmic Imbalance is known as the ATKI, short for Atlantian Technology Karmic Imbalance.
This is a Karmic Imbalance that belongs to the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, not one that is associated with particular individuals; although in certain numeric configurations and placement in an individual’s Natal Numerology Chart it can apply to them on an individual level. Even then it is still directly associated with the Imbalance that belongs to the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, and at a base level is more about the individual being responsible for leading the way in clearing this Karmic Imbalance.
This Karmic Imbalance is directly related to misuses and abuses of Sacred Technology in Atlantis that created issues for the whole civilization and permeated the Collective Consciousness’ Energy Matryx Grid.
Ways in which this Imbalanced Karmic Energy manifest within our current reality frame run the gamut and are associated with all types of technology; including but not limited to, technologies used in war, control of population’s behaviors and their health, and technologies currently destructive to the planet as the living organism and consciousness it is. Issues surrounding the use of GMO’s – Genetically Modified Organisms – especially as connected to our food source, have a direct connection to this 17/8 ATKI.
For working on this 17/8 Karmic Imbalance use the 741Hz Solfeggio Frequency as a vibrational tool to assist in the work of rebalancing this particular Karmic Imbalanced energy. This is the Solfeggio Frequency of Consciousness Expansion and has an association with the Crown Chakra. You may also wish to tone the mantra “OM” or “AUM” while envisioning a clear and vibrant Violet ball of light with strands of iridescent Golden Light ribbons woven through it while doing this work.
Simple and Quick Instruction
Work on one type of Karmic Imbalance at a time, and use the Solfeggio Frequency video for each specific Karmic Imbalance release work if you so desire.
Take yourself into a meditative state with the INTENT of ‘seeing’ any frequency ribbons woven through your Energy Matryx Gird associated with this particular Karmic Imbalance.
Notice any colors, sounds, aromas, chaotic vibrations and disharmonious frequencies you may experience associated with it. Basically you are looking for how it feels, sounds, looks and smells to you? What emotions does it create in you when you view it and experience it? Where do you feel this energy within your body? What Chakras are most affected by this energy?
After you have identified the discordant frequency within your energy field and experienced just the energy of it, then use your INTENT to bring this Frequency Ribbon back into harmonious movement through your Energy Matryx Grid by INTENTIONALLY smoothing out its rate of vibration and clearing up any muddied and unclear colors, sounds and aromas it is emitting. Make sure it is not overwhelming your energy field by weaving through it in a forceful and domineering way and is not strangling and covering up other Frequency Ribbons.
