Dawning of A New Day…. The Ride of A Lifetime…

Greetings Star Family,

I’m not exactly sure why I have been feeling pulled to share this very personal and Sacred personal experience with you all once again, but I have. So I am going to go ahead and just follow my heart. I have shared this story twice before since 2010, it is the story of my biological mother’s crossing.

She was known to many as “Fancy Nancy” and to others as “Nafalia”. She crossed over to the other side of the veil on February 6th, 2010.

I share this story in remembrance, tribute and honor to her, and in the hopes it will be of assistance to others during times of the loss of a loved one. Following is the original article I wrote after setting Death Vigil with her as she crossed.

Mother was Spiritually Awakened and was very instrumental in my own awakening process. In the physical human realms we had a tumultuous relationship, yet at the same time it was a very Sacred Relationship. As hard as it might be for some who knew her and/or I, the truth is, we were very close and we understood that the parts we were playing for each other in this lifetime were something we had agreed upon before we incarnated here. Even though we spent the last ten years disconnected in the physical realms we were always in constant telepathic communication. She and I belong to a very Ancient Matriarchal Soul Family and have traversed this Universe together for a very long linear time.

With that told I would like to now share the original article written after her crossing through the veil.

Dawning of a New Day……

Greetings and Salutations to All my Spiritual Kin,

Wow…..!!!

Where to begin?

Many of you who know me already know the story this past month has held for me. For those of you who don’t, I will try to explain as concisely as possible.

It was almost exactly one month ago today that my daughter and I headed for my hometown, where this story begins its final chapter.

On the 7th of January, as my daughter and I drove to the monthly meeting of the Body, Mind and Spirit group we belong to, I made a call that set into motion all that has transpired in this last month for my family and myself.

My sister had called a few nights before to let me know that our biological mother had been taken to the emergency room after suffering a seizure. In the end, the diagnosis was an inoperable brain tumor; cancer. She was initially given three to six months to live.

My sister and I had been estranged from our mother for over ten years; the reasons of which I won’t go into. Even that being the case, she was our mother, she did give birth to us, we always did and always will love her, and all personal issues aside, we were not going to let her die alone.

I called my mother as I drove down the highway to the meeting, (using my hands-free, of course) and we talked and enjoyed the reunion. Two weeks and one day later, my daughter and I were on our way to sit vigil, at my mother’s deathbed, along with my sister who already had been staying with her on and off the past couple of weeks.

That was Friday, January 22^nd.

My mother had come home from the hospital the day of the 7^th and at that time, and even when I arrived, she was still able to take care of herself, cook, bathe, take her few pain medications, and putter around the house like always. Sunday, January 24^th, she had a major seizure and I had to take over her care, including being responsible for her pain medication.

The progression of the cancer was so amazingly fast it was like being caught in a whirlwind; it took myself, my daughter, and my sister, whom was also still going to work everyday, to give our mother the constant care she needed. Every day she lost at least half of her strength and her pain medications had to be more than double every two or three days just to keep the level of pain bearable. Thankfully, the hospital had the foresight to have Hospice set in place before she was ever released to go home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these Angels of Mercy. Truly, people who do this type of work and caring for others are a special breed of Angelic Beings manifest into human form.

Friday, January 29^th, our mother had to be taken to the emergency room once again. At that point in time, we were going to have to have her put in a nursing home simply because she had progressed to a place where we could not take care of her physical needs without more help. But once again Hospice came to our rescue. She was given five days and nights in the hospital. She would have the care she needed, and we would have time to take care of all necessary arrangements.

Once again she took a turn for the worse, this time within a matter of hours. I called her younger sister, who had been waiting on the call that it was time to come, and by the morning of Sunday, January 31^st, my sister was picking our Aunt up at the airport. We all stayed day and night at the hospital with my mother. My aunt said we must have looked like “settlers” moving in, we brought so much stuff with us to stay those five nights.

Wednesday, February 3^rd, mother had to leave the hospital. Her “respite” time there was up. But her condition had deteriorated so quickly she was now completely bed-ridden. She was even paralyzed on her left side from having had at least two rather large strokes and an untold number of mini-strokes.

Just like most of us, mother truly wanted to be in her own home to pass. We wanted that for her too, and as strange as it may sound, with Hospice in place, and because she was now in a completely bed-ridden state, and with the addition of our Aunt to help in her care, we were now able to take her home to spend her last remaining days.

We did not tell mother she was going to get to go home to crossover to the other side until we were sure everything was set. As soon as the doctor gave us the okay we all gathered at her bedside and gave her the good news. She was so happy. With tear filled eyes and a laugh in her voice she kept saying, “I’m going home. I get to go home. I’m so happy I get to go home.” That was one of the most joyful and rewarding experiences I have personally ever had the privilege to be a part of.

That cold and snowy Wednesday afternoon the ambulance took mother home. She had a very good day Thursday, but by that evening took another turn for the worse. Her medication had to be more than quadrupled to keep the pain tolerable. Friday, she was comatose, and at 5:02a.m. Saturday, February 6^th, 2010, at the young age of 66, mother drew her last breath in the physical. We opened the door in her room that led to the courtyard of the apartment complex where she lived, and in the crisp, early morning winter air, mother’s spirit jumped aboard the last moonbeam before sunrise and rode off into the stars.

As physically and emotionally challenging as sitting death vigil is, I must say this was truly an experience I would not have missed. My mother, my sister, my aunt, my daughter and myself shared in something sacred. We healed, we loved, we cried, we laughed and we grew in ways no other event or occurrence in physical manifestation could ever offer.

I offer my story to you to allow you to share in the experience of the emotional and spiritual energy created within it. And I gift you with sharing in the joy we came away with from this ride of a lifetime.

Relationships: Our Personal Reflecting Pool

As we travel through our mundane day-to-day lives of going to work, taking care of children, shopping, mowing the lawn, taking out the trash, etc., I think we all have a tendency sometimes to get caught up in the drama of it all.

I think we can all relate to those days that truly tax our patience. They usually start out by us oversleeping and having to rush to make it out the door on time. Your daughter can’t find a thing to wear in that closet full of clothes she’s chunking things out of. The dog just peed on the floor because you couldn’t get him out fast enough. Your son can’t find his report that is due today because he didn’t do it, even though he swears he did. Someone must have taken it. Oh well, you’ll talk to the teacher later and see if you can fix it.

You finally get everyone in the car to start your George Jetson drop off routine only to find out your spouse didn’t fill the gas tank last time they drove your car and that little gas tank light just came on. How dare them! Now you will have to make one more stop. A stop you don’t have time for. But hey, that’s all right, we all know we’re the only responsible human on the planet. The world would stop revolving if we didn’t keep it rotating. And all this in just the first hour since your eyes opened this morning. This doesn’t even include the fact that your boss is going to give you one of those “Where have you been” looks when your fifteen minutes late. Or all of those stupid questions from customers you’ll have to politely answer all day long. Like you really cared!! Oh yeah, let’s not forget that goofy kid at the grocery store who’s going to end up packing that five pound bloody roast on top of your tomato’s.

As humans experiencing this third dimensional realm, we’ve all had days like this. Sometimes it seems like more than our fair share.

As hard as it may seem, it is just these types of days that it’s most important for us to remember…

We are not human beings on a spiritual path,

We are spiritual beings on a human path

In other words, our true selves are not human beings trying to become some perfect spiritual being. Our true selves are spiritual beings here to experience being human.

As such, we have come here, at this time and to this place of our own free will. We have come here to experience and take back all that we experience and learn.

We come here from many different places and regions of this universe and others; each of us with our own sacred job to do. We are each and every one of us as individual as the infinite number of snowflakes in a winters blizzard, yet as divine sparks of the Creator we are all one.

We have known each other since before forever. We have lived and died together as friends and enemies, as lovers and foes and as stranger. We have played parts for each other in lifetime after lifetime, and all of this has brought us to where we are now… Still playing roles in dramas for each other so as to allow each of us to learn, and remember and awaken to who and what we are.

If we can but realize that what we see in the other person, whether it is our son that sometimes seems so irresponsible, our daughter that seems so emotional and out of control over things we can see really mean nothing; or our spouse, one of the people closest to us on this planet, who has a way of just pushing our buttons and bringing up more anger than we should ever allow anyone to do to us: If we can see and remember they too are spiritual beings such as ourselves, Spiritual beings we have known for eons and eons. Spiritual beings we are so familiar with and so close to that they have agreed to come here with us and play these roles for us. Spiritual beings, who love us so dearly, they are willing to daily endure our wrath just to mirror for us what it is in ourselves that must be faced. For that, whether they or we are conscious of it or not, is truly what they are doing.

Every individual we encounter in our day-to-day routine is just another soul we have known since before time here on this planet began. Matters not, how well we know them here in this third dimensional realm; matters not if they elicit positive or negative emotions in us. Matters not what role they play for us. They are still just mirroring ourselves back to us.

If we can remember this and step back from the drama and go straight to the emotion, we can then begin to see that it is our own self we must face. Our own lessons we must learn and our own fears and pain we must transmute and overcome if we are to continue in our spiritual awakening.

With this said, I would remind us all that the next time our children annoy us. The next time our spouse angers us. The next time our best friend hurts our feelings or the next time that kid sacking our groceries irritates us, we not see it as something they are doing to us, but rather something they are doing for us.

I would say, step back from the scene that has just played out before your earthly eyes. See it for what it is… An illusion, a play on a stage. A play in which we are all just actors. Look at it through the eyes of reality, your spiritual eyes and true spiritual reality.

If we understand that in truth and true reality this is all just an illusion we are creating for ourselves to learn from; If we understand that all that really exists is energy; that we, as conscious spiritual beings have manifested into matter all that we believe to be real; then we can begin to understand that the only “real” thing in all of this is the emotion that these scenarios bring up in us.

This is when our real progress begins. Because it is then, and only then, we can focus our attention on the emotion, on the feelings and begin to look within and see from whence they come and how best to begin to transform and transmute them into the positive energies of Co-Creating a World of beauty and peace.

As “being human” we will still have to deal with our lessons and our karma. We will still have to deal with the individuals who have agreed to play these parts for us. But as awakening conscious spiritual beings it will begin to make a lot more sense. It will begin to become easier and easier to deal with and overlook the small everyday annoyances that present themselves to us, for we will see them for what they truly are. We’ll find that as time goes on, we no longer feel the need for anger and fear in our lives. We will no longer feel the need to react in negative ways to these situations when confronted with them. We will simply notice the emotion, see where it’s coming from inside us, and deal with it.

Believe it or not, the more we look at life this way, the easier and more normal it will become and the less we will find we draw these situations to ourselves. Until one day we wake up and realize they are no longer necessary at all. We’ve outgrown them.

I think maybe one more thing should be added here, and that would be, it is not only the negative lessons and emotions that others mirror for us that are important. The positive emotions of happiness and joy, of glee and love are every bit as important to our spiritual growth. It’s just we usually have no problems to associate with and look at around positive emotions. I really can’t ever remember anyone saying, “My life has been so good lately, I just don’t know how much more I can take!” We tend to easily accept life when it is good. It’s in those times life is hard we tend to forget who and what we are and why we are here.

2016~ The Year of Rewriting Our Story ~ Phase 2

A few days ago I shared with you that 2016 is a 9 Frequency year and that the main work for each of us during 2016 is going to be a focus on Rewriting Our Story.

2016~ The Year of Rewriting Our Story

We talked about the reason Rewriting our Individual Story is so important is because it a necessity if we are to be of truly effective assistance in Creating the New Reality of the Golden Age we as a Collective Consciousness are desirous of moving in to.

Today I am sharing basic guidelines for Phase II of this very important work; but first let’s revisit the information for 2016 and the 9 Frequency.

The Metatronic Numerology I AM keyword phrase for the 9 frequency is…

I AM Unconditional Giving

The 9 Frequency is about Unconditional Giving, and at one level Unconditional Giving is giving to others without expectation of return; but we must remember too that Forgiveness is also an act of Unconditional Giving. Let’s take a closer look at this for a moment.

“Psychologists generally define Forgiveness as a conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve your forgiveness.” http://greatergood.berkeley.edu/topic/forgiveness/definition

It is said,

“To err is human, but to forgive is divine.”

What we must first recognize is that this act of Unconditional Giving through Forgiveness must begin with our Self if we are to be of true assistance to the work of creating and manifesting a positive influence on the world and the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity as One.

We cannot lend positive energy to creating and manifesting Positive Change, World Peace and Equality while holding onto anger, resentment, pain, grief, judgment, and chastisement of Self, or others, over what we perceive as past mistakes; to truly forgive others to the full extent of this energy, we must do so for Self first.

What transpires when we Forgive our self is a complete release of energies that no longer serve our highest good or the highest good of the Collective Consciousness.

The 9 Frequency is also about Completion, and the act of Unconditional Giving through Forgiveness brings us to this stage of Completion.

Once reached, this is a big step in our Spiritual Awakening process; for we cannot move forward to exist fully and continuously in the Master Number Frequencies until this process is complete.

So now that we know the main focus of the work we need to do during 2016, that of Rewriting Our Story, let’s get a little head start on this process and get to it!

I suggest you try to work on your journal two to three times a week if at all possible. When doing this work focus completely on it. Do not allow distractions during the time you are doing Rewriting Your Story.

Think about what the story of your New Life looks like and feels like.

Think about how you will change, what new direction you want to head in, and begin thinking about what you need to release in order to create this New Reality for yourself.

Also, begin the process of Forgiveness. It is a vital component of this journey into your New Story and New Life.

Remember, take your time in doing this work. If possible, give yourself time each day to spend working, writing and drawing, or adding to the Journal of the New Story of Your Life, and don’t forget… this is your Journal and your New Story.

For those who are so guided and called to taking on this task of Rewriting their Story, I offer the following to be of assistance to that process.

Gather the following materials…

A New Journal: It can be inexpensive and plain or expensive and fancy. The choice is yours. You can make one using copy paper if you like. The main thing is it is a journal that is exclusively for this work.

A Special Pen or Pencil: once again, fancy or plain; your choice, the main thing is it is exclusively for this work.

Crystals and/or Stones: gather one or two crystals and/or stones for this process. Cleanse them, recharge them, and then program them with the intention of “Rewriting Your Story”. Keep them with your Journal and Pen, and set them beside you when you are doing this work. Or, and this is what I intend to do, keep one with your Journal and Pen and one with you in your pocket at all times. This will help you stay focused on the work at hand throughout your day.

The Gentle and Forgotten Art of Blessing

Greetings Dearest Spiritual Family,

Today I AM being guided to once again share an article I originally posted on my old web-site (The Purple Pathe) back in 2008. I have shared it here on Shambahalla-New Earth a couple of times since, the last being in January of this year.

It seems periodically Spirit leads me to re-share this message. I feel it is because this truly is something we all need to remember. We need to be very conscious of how we share Blessings with other, for there is a true art to it.

This article and the information contained within it were inspired by one of my all time favorite YouTube videos posted in 2007 by Humanity Healing; entitled – The Gentle and Forgotten Art of Blessing.

I do hope you will take the time to watch the video once you have read this short article. I AM sure you will be moved and inspired by both.

Blessings

I want to speak to you about Blessings today.

What is it that we are doing when we speak the words, “May you be blessed”, or “Blessings to you”?

When you speak these words, or any others that bestow a blessing on another, what exactly is it that you are uttering? What is it you are offering?

Have you ever stopped to really think about this, or do you just say these words without giving them thought? Many do.

To impart a Blessing to another without creating it first within the deepest part of your being, without giving life and energy to it from within the Spark of Divinity, which is your true self, is akin to planting a garden in the desert then walking away and hoping for rain, instead of planting your seeds in fertile ground and tending them.

Don’t get me wrong, just the simple act of saying these words to another can, and often does, add a smile to a lonely heart, yet we are capable of so much more.

As awakened individuals remembering our true spiritual identity we hold within us the ability to truly gift another with the energy of Unconditional Divine Love. To extend a Blessing to another is a gift of our Infinite Divine Self. When we create a Blessing from within the core of our Being, from within our “Heart of Hearts”, we are remembering that We Are All One.

By performing this simple act, we are acknowledging that we are, each and every one of us, a part of each other and a part of the One. By creating Blessings for another from this sacred place within, we are bestowing love that reaches across all boundaries and dimensions. By giving from this place of sacredness within ourselves we are endowing another with a gift of transcendent love that can be confined by no limits; a love whose healing powers are beyond what can be conveyed in earthly terms.

With this new perspective of what a simple Blessing can be, I would ask each and every one of you to daily remember that to Bless another is to Heal. To Bless another is to heal all of Creation; you, me, the planet and all her glorious creatures. To Bless another is to put an end to division, hatred and death. To Bless another is to Create a Universe of Beauty, Peace and Unconditional Divine Love.

My Gift to you is a Blessing from this Sacred place within me, extended to all of you.

May you always Truly Be Blessed.

Sunday, August 9^th, 2015 at 2pm Eastern Time, I will be the guest on Allayah Frisch’s OM Times Radio program, Circle of Hearts. This is the day after the August 8^th exact alignment with the yearly Lion’s Gate.

In honor of this Sacred Gathering and Spirit led conversation I would like to share a poem I wrote in 2001 entitled “The Dragon’s Window”.

I cannot help but think of the dual Solar and Lunar eclipses of March/April and September of this year when I read this poem. I believe you will see why when you read it.

The Dragon’s Window

Through the window: the Dragon I beheld

‘Twas the time of the dual eclipses

Such splendor… no words can tell.

Inspired, intrigued and awed

I cannot explain it

This rotating cube I saw;

Both solid and open…

As it came closer

Pure light

That was all

The water’s, the skies,

The color’s and tones…

Of this world they are not…

Yet they are from my home

****

Now… this vision it haunts me,

And other dream’s brings to mind

The connection…

Now my search,

When come together

Another answer I’ll find

The end of this quest is the shift

Of the polarity of the poles

Then… through the window…

The next world to behold
