Today is a 3 Frequency day with 11 and 77 Sub-frequency influences, and it is an 11:11 Encoded frequency day.

On top of all of this, today is the Equinox. That place of Physical Earthly Balance.

So today we have a rather busy and energetic frequency day. Of course, I don’t think we are all that surprised. After all Equinoxes bring strong energies to our planet and reality.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 3, 11 and 77 are:

3 – I AM Joyful Creation

11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation

77 – I Am the Divinely Inspired Synthesis of Spiritual Intuition and Physical Intelligence

The Equinox holds a 1 Frequency.

The I AM Keyword phrase for 1 is:

1 – I AM Independent & Brave

Let’s look at all of this information in sections. First, the 11:11 Encoded Frequency of today.

Most all are now familiar with the 11-11 Frequency Encoded “Wake-Up” call, and that it is something we as a Collective set into place before descending into dense reality realms to be of assistance to us in our Collective Spiritual Re-Awakening process. Basically this is an alarm clock we set before we descended into the denser physical realities.

For those who are regular readers of the Metatronic Numerology Frequency Reports, you will most likely remember that I have shared what the Q4 have recently stated about this 11:11 Encoded Alarm Clock.

They have said that the 11:11 Frequency Portal of the New Mayan Calendar Round Reality now stands continuously open, and we really no longer need to put time and energy into raising frequency to enable it to remain open because we have accomplished that.

What this means is that movement through this portal is now available at all times to everyone, and there is an Ease of Access that was not there before. The changes this is making in our Present Projected Time Frame Reality are that we are beginning to see, and will continue to see, an acceleration of Spiritual Awakening by those who still slumber; and the reality of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity existing on Gaia will flow and shift more rapidly into a fuller Spiritually Awakened state.

It also means our work with the 11:11 Encoded Wake-Up Frequency has changed slightly.

Now our work, especially on these full 11:11 Frequency Encoded days, is to focus our energy and intentions on being of assistance to the lessening of the accumulative amount of highly negative charged emotions surrounding the planet and how they hinder the Spiritually Slumbering Masses in Initial Awakening; especially those who are beginning to react to the subconscious promptings of their own Spiritual Awakening.

As we can all remember, as exciting as initial Spiritual Awakening is, it is also a time when we often feel lost and confused as to what we should believe and think, and where we should turn in our quest for understanding about what is happening to us.

From now on these 11-11 Encoded days will come around at semi-regular intervals as reminders that with the larger numbers of newly Awakening humans happening simultaneously, the planet and the Collective Consciousness will see times of overwhelming amounts of energy of fear and confusion being released; and with the accumulation of this energy we need to remain focused on assisting in the energy work of Love and Light by emitting a newly upgraded 11:11 Encoded Frequency Message.

This new 11-11 Encoded message is…

“You are Waking Up… You are Safe… And You ARE on the Right Path”

This is the 11:11 Message we need to be emitting now.

So this is the first work of today.

Now a quick look at the 1 Frequency of the Equinox.

The 1 Frequency is about New Beginnings and having the Courage to step out beyond your comfort zone into these New Beginnings.

In the Northern Hemisphere we are beginning Spring, a time of Planting seeds for New Beginnings. But in the Southern Hemisphere they are beginning Autumn, a time of Harvesting what has come to fruition.

Equinoxes bring Balance to our Planet, for on the days of the two Equinoxes the Light and Dark are in perfect Balance and Harmony.

With the 1 Frequency of this Equinox we see, Northern and Southern Hemispheres alike, we are at a place in space and time where we know it is the correct moment to step out and be Courageous enough to do what is necessary to bringing the Energy of Balanced Harmony to our planet and reality.

Today’s Main Frequency

The 3 Frequency is Creative Energy; Creativity in all forms. It is the initial energy of the Creative Life Force for the physical realms, and is the lower frequency vibration of the 111, and therefore associated with the Initial Spark of the Conception Energy.

The 3 Frequency is lighthearted and filled with the energy of Joy. It sets our imaginations free from structured reality and allows us to fly to Mystical and Magickal realms.

In this energy we play, we enjoy life and everything is has to offer. This way of existing, in turn, opens us to unlimited possibilities of Creative Expression.

The frequency of Joy is one of the highest, if not the highest frequency obtainable within our reality. When you exist in, and work from the energy of Joy anything is not only possible, it manifest into physical reality quickly.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more spiritual perspective.

Within the 11 Frequency Spiritual Illumination is most readily available, and our intuition is heightened allowing us to begin to believe in, and start testing our natural psychic abilities.

Spiritual inspiration is awakened in this frequency, and with it suddenly we begin to be able to see and hear the messages Spirit sends us each and every day in the smallest occurrences as we walk through our daily life.

Within this frequency the subconscious mind is stimulated and Spiritual growth occurs when we learn to accept that reality is much more expansive than we have ever imagined. 

Here is also found the truth and the peace we seek, because when our inner sense of knowing and our rational mind are no longer at odds with each other inner peace prevails, and we are able to open to what lies beyond the confines of limiting beliefs of reality.

The 77 Frequency is about Creative Thought and Expanding our Perspective and our Reality. It is the frequency where the melding of our Spiritual Intuitive abilities with, and into a cohesive form with our Physical Intellect begins and transpires.

Within this frequency the Spark of the Divine Rational Mind that has lain dormant in the 5 frequency has its first initial awakening.

This is the frequency that is of the most assistance to us in, not only hearing the voice of Spirit, but then being able to interpret the information and knowledge received from Spirit into information we can really utilize and implement into our everyday physical lives and reality.

2014 has an abundance of this 77 frequency. It is set into 2014 to aid the Collective Consciousness in learning to hear and listen to the voice of Spirit and begin making rational decisions based on what is best for our reality as a whole.

Today this 77 frequency is shoring up the 11 Frequency and together they are assisting us individually, and collectively, in learning to take the next steps in beginning to trust our Divine Inner Voice, the voice of our Spiritually Awakened Self.

Today is a day to trust your Inner Voice and really listen and hear what messages Spirit has to share with you. It is a day to let go of reservations and disbelief of what, somewhere deep inside, you know is a wider and more complete truth of reality.

Today is a day to play and to exist IN-Joy; to be Creative and let your imagination run free. THIS is the day to Hear the Voice of Spirit like you have never heard it before.

For those of you, who are consciously participating in the work of Completion and Releasing of the last vestiges of what no longer serves our highest good this month, yesterday we started the third phase of this month’s work by entering into another nine day period of work.

In the first eighteen days of this month we have done some very intense work on Self; now it is time to relax a bit. This third and final nine day period is a time of Rebalancing, Re-energizing and Rejuvenation. 

Today take time to relax and re-energize yourself. Do whatever it is that allows you to fully relax you mind, body and spirit. It does not really matter what that is; it can mean a hot bubble bath by candlelight with soft music, or it can be a peaceful walk in the woods. Whatever allows you to relax and rejuvenate yourself.

To assist with this period of work of Rebalancing, Re-energizing and Rejuvenation I would like to share the following video of the 285 Hz Solfeggio Frequency music accompanied by 4 Hz Theta binaural beats set to video. I have chosen the 285 Hz Solfeggio because it is the next in line of the nine Solfeggio frequencies. It is most commonly referred to as “Quantum Cognition” and assists with Accelerating Consciousness Evolution.

The 7-11 Frequency combination is very powerful and lends assistance in going beyond the surface in looking at Self. It can be a difficult energy for many; for if they are not comfortable with Self and their Spirituality and Spiritual beliefs, and are still not ready to be Responsible for their own Spiritual growth, this energy can be stressful and unpleasant.

This Frequency combination leaves no room for NOT taking seriously your Individual Responsibility for your own Spiritual Growth.

Just as a Saturn Return in you Natal Astrological Chart forces you to take a long hard look at Self and demands you examine your life and your belief system, so too does this Frequency combination push you beyond your comfort zone in what you consider your individual Responsibility for Self, especially as it pertains to your individual responsibility to being of assistance to the Awakening Journey of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.

This 7-11 Frequency combination disallows the ability to any longer ignore the Truth of our Reality and your portion of the Responsibility for creating it, and it is embedded into this whole year of 2014. This means that on these particular days with this 7-11 Frequency code embedded into them, these days can be very trying for many. 11 is the Frequency of Illumination. It sheds Divine Light on the Heart and Mind of our Human level of understanding, thus allowing for what has been hidden to be brought out and be seen. It shows us the expanded truth of our reality, allowing us to see through the lens of our Spiritual Eyes and to understand reality through the mind of, and the knowledge held by, our Higher Self.

Within the 11 Frequency Spiritual Illumination is most readily available, and our intuition is heightened allowing us to begin believing in, and start testing our natural psychic abilities.

The 22 Frequency holds the energy and information of the Master Builder; one who builds upon, with and through Sacred Structure.

I have used the example of the word “Buddha” being a 22 Frequency word, and how the Master Jesus, known to many as Sananda, “The Carpenter’s Son”, is a perfect metaphor for that of “One who is a Master Builder, building upon Sacred Structure”.

We have talked about how both of these Masters (and many more) teach of “Building” our life and reality upon a Structure of Sacredness, created upon the Foundation of all things Sacred and with the knowledge of our Spiritual heritage; and that just as these Masters did, we too are capable of building our reality upon a Sacred Structural form.

Just as these two Masters lived an honorable and principled life while incarnate upon Earth, so too should we strive to be ethical and moral in our daily interactions with all others, no matter who they are or how they might act and behave.

Let’s just take a quick look at what is meant by Sacred Structure.

Structure: (According to dictionary search on yahoo)

1) something that is made up from a number of parts put together in a particular way. 2) the way in which parts are put together to form a whole; its makeup. 3) the interrelation or arrangement of parts in a complex entity.

Structuralize/Structuralization: To form, organize, or incorporate into a structure. This is the act of Building.

Sacred: worthy of respect or dedication; something set apart from the profane and mundane world of the lower frequencies; often referring to the physical area around a temple or other physical structure.

Here, if we begin with self as the center point, and recognize that WE, each of us, as the embodiment of Spirit in Physical form is an animated, living, breathing Sacred Temple, then we suddenly realize where our focus and our intentional “Creation and Building of a Sacred Structure, based on the Truth shown to us through our Spiritual Vision” must begin if we are to Create and Build a Collective Reality in, and of, this Sacred Vision and Truth.

It Must Begin With Self!

Each of us is a Sacred Building Block necessary to the completed construction of the Sacred Temple of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.

And each of us is responsible for the Creation, Building and Maintaining of Self in a Sacred Manner.

Today’s frequency combination is assisting us in better seeing just exactly how vital it is we fully understand the Powers of Creation we possess and how we use these Natural Powers in the Creation of our Reality.

Our Ancestors knew this knowledge and lived life according to its workings. Yet we have chosen, in the last several thousand years, to conveniently forget this knowledge so we could assuage, alleviate and deny any guilt for our desire to satisfy our new found obsessions with material satisfaction and longings for immediate physical and emotional gratifications.

The 7/11 Frequency embedded in today’s frequency combination greatly assists us in looking at our personal and collective responsibilities and what is truly our part in the Creation of our Reality.

It assists us in seeing that we can no longer afford to walk blindly through life unknowing, and unwilling to know, just exactly what our part of the responsibility for our individual and collective Creation of Reality truly is. For you see, we are not just responsible for our personal and collective human reality, we also hold a share of the responsibility for the Creation of the whole of this Universe. And it is time we remember this and begin to act accordingly.

Today is a day to take a good look at what this truly means for us as the individual we are and begin making changes in our beliefs and perspectives. Because when we change and expand our beliefs and perspectives we change and expand Reality.

Metatronic Numerology Frequency Report: 3/15/14 – 7/11 Dual Frequency Day:

Today is a 7/11 Dual Frequency day.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 7 and 11 are:

7 – I AM Intelligence Seeking Self

11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation

Okay, let’s get right to it.

Today’s frequency is a bit different in that it is a Dual Frequency day. We have Dual Frequency days every once in a while, but not very often. Since I began doing these reports back in August of 2013 we have had only two other 7/11 Dual Frequency days. We have had several days with a 7/11 frequency embedded into them, but that is different than what we have today. Basically stated, the embedded 7/11 is more like a sub-frequency, it is a secondary frequency exerting its influence on the main frequency of any particular day it appears. Quite honestly we have those fairly regularly this year because this is a 7 Frequency year and very much geared to assisting the Collective Consciousness of Humanity in its Spiritual Awakening process; and that is what this frequency combination is very good at.

The more common Dual Frequency is an 8/11 combination. It is designed at assisting in seeing past the Illusion we, the Collective Consciousness, see and accept as Reality. Oh, and by the way. We will see that combination tomorrow. Making this the first time we have had two Dual Frequency days consecutively.

And just for the record, this is our first Dual 7/11 Frequency day this year, and we will have one more this month on the 24th.

What this tells me is that we are being given lots of assistance in the work we are doing this month in the Completion, Cleansing and Releasing what no longer serves our Highest Good and Spiritual Awakening.

Using the adage of…

“Dances to the beat of a different drummer”

is one of the fastest ways I have found to use as an example to begin in truly comprehending the basic energy of the 7 Frequency.

The frequency of 7 is about Seeking and Study, Analysis and Understanding. In many ways, you could say 7 is the frequency of the mind.

Within the 7 frequency lies the energy of the Sciences and Technology; especially those related to the physical world. Many scientist and technology inventors have a strong 7 energy within their personal energy fields.

On the journey of Spiritual Awakening, the 7 frequency bandwidth is where the desire to go within to seek a clearer understanding of Self and the workings of our Universe, and how we fit into it all begins to become a priority in life. 7 is the frequency of the Sacred Mysteries and all things Spiritual, and here within this energy lies the initial gateway into The Sacred Esoteric Mysteries.

This is the energy frequency where combining the work of the Heart and the Mind begins. Through seeking and study, the desire for change is spurred into initial action.

Gaining Spiritual Knowledge, one begins to understand the proper means by which to connect the Heart Chakra (4th) and the Third Eye Chakra (6th), which in turn opens the Crown Chakra (7th) in a way not experienced before.

7 is the movement, the Energy Pathway, leading to constructive use of the newly found freedom one acquires once they have liberated their self from “The Box” reality of the status quo.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Days such as this, with a Dual 7/11 Frequency can be very trying for many. They can be highly emotionally charged and cause much stress and anxiety, causing tension between people, and a sense of being overwhelmed.

Just understanding what is creating such tension and stress is very beneficial because it gives us something to focus on.

So today if you feel yourself becoming stressed or anger, or just generally overwhelmed; know it is because the Universe is really pushing us to step up to the plate and take responsibility for what we create. When you find yourself feeling this way, stop and look at what is causing it in your life and this will point you in the direction of where you need to do some work on Self and what changes you may be needing to make.

I have been shown by Isabelle Jae Stoneward (an Aspect of Self I work with from, let’s just call it New Earth) that the use of the 369 Solfeggio Frequency can be quite useful for the next few days, (today and tomorrow especially) in dealing with the tensions and stresses that may arise. The 369 Solfeggio Frequency is useful in Harmonizing Energy and Overcoming Fears.

Divine Grace: Second Cosmic Meditation Out-breath Phase

I have been hearing and feeling to share the video of the song “Amazing Grace” by II Divo, in conjunction with this second Out-breath phase of the Cosmic Meditation designed to initiate the Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche all afternoon and evening. So… I share it now.

To me, listening to this particular rendition of this song has the capacity to create the very energy of the 99 Frequency and what we have created within the In-breath days of this second phase that we are now exhaling to assist with this healing work.

December 16th, 2013 is the 13/13/13, the 13th Day of the 13th Month of the 13th Year, (2013)

Many people have asked me how this date is calculated and determined.

For me, I have long followed the knowledge of the Goddess spiritual belief systems; those that adhere to a Lunar Cycle Calendar. When the Lunar Cycle Calendar is overlaid onto the Solar Cycle Calendar, this opens and makes the information of the 13/13/13 date of December 16th, 2013 obvious.

For those who still need more convincing, at the end of this article I have placed two videos by DAHBOO77 showing how this date is calculated by others, as well as some very interesting added information about a triangulation alignment between ISON, Venus and Earth, and a perfect cross alignment between ISON, Venus, Earth and our Sun; all of which occur on the 13/13/13, December 16th, 2013.

Message From A Universal Elder of this NOW… “A Cosmic Gathering”

Just as each repeated triple digit year denoting the triple digit Multi-dimensional Collective Consciousness Master Numbers of the 1/1/01 through the 12/12/12, signified and gave access to Star-Gate Portals on these Sacred High Frequency days for the work of the completion of the Old Mayan Calendar Round Reality, enabling the Shift of the Collective Consciousness into the next frequency round of the NEW Mayan Calendar Round Reality in which the Collective Consciousness of Humanity now exists, the 13/13/13 signifies and gives access to the 444 Star-Gate Portal opening of the energetic consciousness round that exists beyond the current home of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity in the New Mayan Calendar Round Reality, known as The Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round Reality.

Just for the record, the I AM Keyword phrases for the numbers 333 and 444 are:

444 – I AM Multi-dimensional Expansion of Form

From 2001 to 2009 we traveled and worked our way though the frequencies of the 111 through the 999. Then, in 2010 we took it to the next level of the Sacred Spiral with the vortex energies of the triple 0’s of the 10/10/10 = 111/000, thereby adding momentum for the next phase of that work. Then in 2011 with the 11/11/11 we had the final push of expansion of Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness so as to manifest and maintain a frequency of high enough vibrational rate to sustain the Shift of the Collective Consciousness into the next Time Frame Reality in 2012 when we opened the 333 Frequency Multi-dimensional Birth Portal between 12/12/12 and 12/21/12 (1+2=3, 12/12/12=333) and were able to step through between those linear time days into the 5th Dimension, or 5th World, where the Collective Consciousness of Humanity and Gaia now exist in the New Mayan Calendar Round reality.

For the sake of simplicity you can view this as two Star Gate Portals within close proximity facing each other; the 333 and the 444. We step out of the 333, the doorway from the Mayan Reality dimensions, across the threshold into the 444 Portal, the doorway into the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality. Sort of like the space shuttle docking with the space station so astronauts can leave the shuttle and enter the station.

There is so much information that could, and needs to be shared surrounding the opening of the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round that I am only going to hit the highlights in this report. You will need to watch for upcoming articles and the Daily Metatronic Numerology Frequency Reports to stay abreast of what is occurring, when it is occurring and what our part is in all of it.

Over the last two and a half years may Spiritual Guides and the assimilated Multi-dimensional Aspects of Self I work with, (the Q4 and others), have given me well over one thousand pages of handwritten information about the workings of the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round, including all of the mathematical calculations as to it length, the changes we can expect to see in our reality, new methods of energy work and sacred technology, the Sacred Geometry associated with it, and so much more. I will be releasing this information as quickly as possible. It is these same Guides and Multi-dimensional Aspects of Self who have taught me the Metatronic Numerology Frequency system I share with you each day.

Basic Description of the Different Reality Rounds

The Old Mayan Calendar Round reality exists within the 3rd and 4th dimensions and the main work within that reality is focused on the individual work on Self, or the Individual Aspect of Self. Here the individual must Awaken Spiritually and do the hard work on Self in preparation for movement into the next reality, The New Mayan Calendar Round reality.

The New Mayan Calendar Round reality exists within the 5th and 6th dimensions and the main work within this reality is focused upon the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, especially related to the Planetary Aspect of Self. Here the Individual must learn how to live within, and relate to, the Collective Consciousness in a way that benefits the Planet and all life upon it as one Consciousness. This work is preparation for movement into the next reality, the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality.

Although because of the actions of so many humans on Earth right now it may not seems like the Collective Consciousness of Humanity moved to and now exists within the New Mayan Calendar Round reality in the 5th dimension, it is never-the-less true that this shift did occur during the 12/12/12 – 12/21/12 portal opening. The Collective Consciousness of Humanity currently exists within the 5th dimension of the New Mayan Calendar Round reality.

The work of and within the New Mayan Calendar Round reality will teach and lead the Collective Consciousness of Humanity through the lessons and training in how to work together, and the importance of the Group Collective Conscious Mind. Within the New Mayan Round humans will learn to come together as one and how to work toward common goals that benefit every individual, as well as the planet and all other life forms upon it equally. This will lead us, the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, to a world of Peace.

The Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality exists within the 7th through the 11th dimensions and the main work within this reality is focused upon the Multi-dimensional Aspect of Self, especially as it relates to our Galactic Aspect of Self, and moves us into a reality of Multi-dimensionality. Here the boundaries of the “Individual Self” soften and true work as individual consciousness’ combine in a fashion that create pure Group Collective Conscious Minds. This can only happen, (at the level we are speaking of here), when all Individualized lower frequency aspects of Ego are truly understood and have been brought into balance.

December 3rd is the first day of the 13th month and December 30th is the last day of the 13th month.

December 4th through the 10th are days to work on releasing Karmic Imbalances within our personal energy matrices.

A basic description the work of each day’s Karmic Imbalance release is as follows:

December 4th, Karmic Imbalances related to a lack of application to work requiring accomplishment; not doing your fair share of work yet benefitting from it.

December 5th, Karmic Imbalances related to a misuse of freedom; acquired freedom for self at the expense of others. A general lack of accountability.

December 6th, this is a day of healing energies. Use the frequency energies of this day to assist you in your healing and releasing work of these Karmic Imbalances.

December 7th, Karmic Imbalances related to lack of responsibility to family and a sense of distorted love.  This is often associated with illicit love affairs that harm families, and/or perversions that create low frequencies of energy masquerading as love.

December 8th, this is new Karmic Imbalance whose work of healing and releasing belongs in, and is done in, the New Mayan Calendar Round, but it is being brought to the surface with the opening of the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round. This is not so much an individual Karmic Imbalance, although it can be found in the charts of some individuals under certain circumstances. This is a Karmic Imbalance that belongs to the Collective Consciousness of Humanity and is directly related to Atlantis and the misuse of Sacred Technology during that time. It is known as the “17/8 Atlantian Technology Karmic Imbalance, or ATKI”.

December 9th, this is a day of Healing Forgiveness. For complete healing to transpire true Forgiveness of Self and others must occur. Use the frequency energies of this day to assist you in your healing and releasing work of these Karmic Imbalances.

December 10th, Karmic Imbalances related to the abuse of power and a sense of extreme self-centeredness, being blind to everyone and everything except the fulfillment of one’s own individual desires.

The 17th of December has a direct connection to a block of days running from the 20th through the 24th. I AM hearing the phrase, “Time Stands Still” as related to these days. It will be very interesting to see what information beyond this we get.
