The following is a communiqué from Essence Ka tha’ras and the Q4.

The Prison of Fear
“Greetings Spirit Family of Earth,
We, the Q4, come to you in this NOW amid the energies of Love, Unity and Synchronized Harmony.
First we would make clear that the information we share is not meant as a judgment or condemnation of any. Our purpose for sharing is simply to be of assistance to any who resonate with the frequencies we hold and emit, and the information we share. We desire only to assist our Spiritual Family currently existing in Human form in their Spiritual Awakening and Consciousness Expansion process.
In this NOW moment we wish to speak to you of the frequency known as Fear which still binds so many humans to the lower dimensional realms and the illusionary realities.
Many within your current time frame reality are conditioned to instantaneously respond to particular terminology that has been created and instituted into your lexicon for the purpose of controlling many, and vast areas of your reality for many different purposes.
Some would label this “Conspiracy”. WE simply see it for what it is; the Illusionary Reality created upon the Earthly planes for the purpose of SELF experiencing SELF and the Expansion of the Consciousness of SELF.
Even with that knowledge, you must understand, there is still self responsibility of each individual consciousness to participate in resolving and moving past this particular stage of your collective journey of consciousness into the next stage of your collective development. This is so because each of you, each human, is an individual holographic part of the ONE SELF experiencing SELF in an infinite and expanding reality. Each of you manifested into this particular existence and portion of infinite reality to participate in this way, and did so of their own individual Free Will.
WE would like to address one particular terminology we see a large number of humans respond to especially quickly through the energy of fear; and this is the term “Left Behind”.
As most of you are aware, this particular term is related to one of the larger “Religious Institutions” of your current projected collective reality system and instantly affects many millions, (even billions) to some extent or another when they see or hear this term; either consciously or subconsciously.
To those still being affected by the energy and frequency of Fear through the use of this term, we say to you…
The only thing you are being “Left Behind” on is not awakening to the remembrance of the knowledge of your Spiritual Sovereignty and the current Expansion of Consciousness that is occurring within the Universal Sector of which your Collective Reality exists.
You are only being “Left Behind” in the current collective journey of remembrance of your individual and collective abilities to create realities of your choosing, and to the knowledge that there is only ONE Divine Universal Heart and Mind Consciousness of which each of you is an equal individual holographic part.
You will continue to be “Left Behind” on this journey until you begin awakening to and acknowledging the fact that you are being controlled and manipulated into giving away your power within your reality to a Political Industrial Complex that is run by a very small number of misguided Spiritual Beings existing in Physical Human Form, (and other forms of physicality) who are caught up in a way of thinking, and an energy of belief in Greed, Power and Control as being their only means of survival.
They live and exist in a Prison of Fear, and they pass this way of living and existing within this Prison of Fear on to you by a multitude of ways and means.
Staying free from this trap set to incarcerate you in this Prison of Fear is a challenge because once you become caught within this “Trap of Fear” you can no longer see that YOU then continue to feed and self perpetuate this Fear; thus you become the one to maintain you’re being trapped within its energy boundaries.
Once caught in this Trap of Fear you begin to feed the Fear of the loss of who and what you think you are, when in truth, Who and What you think you are is an Illusion created and projected for you to see and believe, that was intended from its origination, to trap you in this Prison of Fear. (This was the bait used.)
As this energy of Fear grows, (fed by you) you begin to Fear your own Power. You begin to Fear Responsibility of any kind, including and especially Responsibility for Self. You then come to Fear True Freedom; for True Freedom requires you to Know your Self, to own your Power and to be Responsible for Self and your individual part in the creation of all of Reality.
WE ask you…
How do you ever expect to escape this Prison of Fear when you are simultaneously the inmate and the warden?
How do you ever expect to escape this Prison of Fear when you are that which is imprisoned, that which imprisons you, and that which keeps you imprisoned?
WE remind you…
YOU are also that which holds the key to unlocking the Prison Gates, thereby granting you access to your Freedom.
WE who share these words with you, wish you to know it is our desire that you will seriously contemplate this conundrum and find within you the courage necessary to release yourself from this Self-imposed Prison of Fear.
WE NOW bid you farewell and leave you in this NOW moment of Space/Time Reality amid the energies of Love, Unity and Synchronized Harmony.

Final Preparation for October 2014 Metatronic Work
Connecting to the Devic Kingdoms
Greetings Dear Spirit Family,
A couple of weeks ago I shared that, for those interested, we were going to be Consciously and Intentionally connecting in a clear fashion with the Devic Kingdoms during the month of October.
I then asked you, “If I said the word “Flower” to you, what is the first flower that comes to your mind?”
This showed us the Consciousness we would be working with individually from the Plant/Flora Kingdom.
I then asked you, “If I say the words Stone, Rock, Crystal, or Mineral to you, what is the first image that comes to mind for you?”
This showed us the Consciousness we would be working with individually from the Mineral Kingdom.
I shared that each of the Devic Kingdoms holds very specific information, knowledge and assistance for us in our journey of life here on Earth. They are intelligent in ways we have forgotten as humans, and are powerful allies when we will but learn to listen and work with them.
They want to work with us, but demand respect and must be treated as equals; for the truth is, they are our equals here on Earth, and their world and reality is intertwined with ours and is affected by the decisions we make as humans. They know this, and they understand most humans have forgotten this knowledge, and have forgotten how to communicate with them as equals.
I went on to say that during the month of October we are going to be reconnecting with the Devic Kingdoms, thus allowing them to be of assistance to us in helping show us the next steps on our Sacred Journey here on Earth. They can and will assist us individually and Collectively, in learning to better communicate with them and in gaining a clearer understanding of our Sacred Contractual Work; especially as it relates to working in conjunction with them.
So if you have not yet chosen a Flower from the Plant Kingdom and a Stone, Crystal, Mineral or Metal from the Mineral Kingdom who is calling to work with you individually please do so and begin making your list.
Our next step in finalizing the Group Consciousness we will be working with individually from the Devic Kingdoms it to make a connection with the Animal Kingdom, and the Mythological Kingdom.
So once again, “If I say the word “Animal” to you, what is the first image that comes to mind?”
Once you have made these connection then please move onto connecting with the Mythological Kingdom. Within the Mythological Kingdom are Beings such as Unicorns, Pixies, Elves, Mermaids, Gnomes, Faeries, Cherubs, Angels, Griffins, the Phoenix, Dragons, Sasquatch, Nessys (such as Loch Ness) and several others. (A note here… If Dragon comes to work with you I suggest you determine what type of Elemental Dragon it is. It is a Fire Dragon, an Earth Dragon, an Air Dragon, or a Water Dragon?)
To assist you in determining the Consciousness which you will be working with from the Mythological Kingdom I ask the question…
“If I say the word “Mythological Being” to you, what is the first image that comes to mind?”
If you have a difficult time making a decision concerning any of the Devic Kingdoms, then allow Spirit and the Devic Kingdoms to help you. Set your intention that the next Flower, Stone, Animal, or Mythological Being you see, whether it is in nature, in a magazine, a book or on TV, then this is the Devic Spirit that has come to work with you personally.
Once you have made your determinations take some time to research and learn a bit about the “Medicine” these Allies carry. Their “Medicine” is the Knowledge and Wisdom they have to teach and share.
Take a few days to make a strong connection to the Devic Kingdom Allies that have come to work with you personally, and in the next few days I will be posting the Devic Spirits from all the Devic Kingdoms we will be working with as a Group Collective Conscious Mind.

Today is a 22 Frequency day with 11 and 33 Sub-frequency influences and a 7-11 Embed frequency.

First we are going to take a quick look at this 7/11 Frequency embed. Just for the record, the I AM Keyword phrase for 7 is…
7 – I AM Intelligence Seeking Self
The 7-11 Frequency combination is very powerful and lends assistance in going beyond the surface in looking at Self. It can be a difficult energy for many; for if they are not comfortable with Self and their Spirituality and Spiritual beliefs, and are still not ready to be Responsible for their own Spiritual growth, this energy can be stressful and unpleasant.
This Frequency combination leaves no room for NOT taking seriously your Individual Responsibility for your own Spiritual Growth.
Just as a Saturn Return in you Natal Astrological Chart forces you to take a long hard look at Self and demands you examine your life and your belief system, so too does this Frequency combination push you beyond your comfort zone in what you consider your individual Responsibility for Self, especially as it pertains to your individual responsibility to being of assistance to the Awakening Journey of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.
This 7-11 Frequency combination disallows the ability to any longer ignore the Truth of our Reality and your portion of the Responsibility for creating it, and it is embedded into this whole year of 2014. This means that on these particular days with this 7-11 Frequency code embedded into them, these days can be very trying for many. They can be highly emotionally charged and cause much stress and anxiety.
Much of what we are seeing play out on the world stage associated with corruption being brought to light is because of this frequency combination’s effects. Believe me, we will see much, much more as this year progresses.
This 7-11 Embed frequency’s affects are most specifically directed at the Spiritual Slumbering masses of the Collective Consciousness in order to give them the necessary nudge they need to begin awakening.
For those of us who are Spiritually Awakened, this frequency combination will tend to create stresses for us if we are not yet fully aligned with our path.
I really urge you to not see this as a negative thing, or as some type of punishment or judgment about how well you are doing or not doing in your Spiritual Awakening process. Instead, see the stresses created on these days as signs and guide posts of what you need to work on and where you need to focus on releasing what is no longer serving your highest good.
Today’s Main Frequency
Today is about Building our Future Reality upon a Sacred Structural Foundation. It is about Building a New and Brighter Reality for, not only our self, but for all of Humanity; and doing so with our Spiritual Eyes wide open.
The 22 Frequency holds the energy and information of the Master Builder; one who builds upon, with and through Sacred Structure.
I have used the example of the word “Buddha” being a 22 Frequency word, and how the Master Jesus, known to many as Sananda, “The Carpenter’s Son”, is a perfect metaphor for that of “One who is a Master Builder, building upon Sacred Structure”.
We have talked about how both of these Masters (and many more) teach of “Building” your life and reality upon a Structure of Sacredness, created upon the Foundation of all things Sacred and with the knowledge of your Spiritual heritage, and that just as these Masters did, you too are capable of building your reality upon a Sacred Structural form.
Just as these two Masters lived an honorable and principled life while incarnate upon Earth, so too should we strive to be ethical and moral in our daily interactions with all others, no matter who or what they might be.
Let’s just take a quick look at what is meant by Sacred Structure.
Structure: (According to dictionary search on yahoo)
1) something that is made up from a number of parts put together in a particular way. 2) the way in which parts are put together to form a whole; its makeup. 3) the interrelation or arrangement of parts in a complex entity.
Structuralize/Structuralization: To form, organize, or incorporate into a structure. This is the act of Building.
Sacred: worthy of respect or dedication; something set apart from the profane and mundane world of the lower frequencies; often referring to the physical area around a temple or other physical structure.
Here we see if we begin with self as the center point, and recognize that WE, each of us, as the embodiment of Spirit in Physical form is an animated, living, breathing Sacred Temple, then we suddenly realize where our focus and our intentional “Creation and Building of a Sacred Structure, based on the Truth shown to us through our Spiritual Vision” must begin if we are to Create and Build a Collective Reality in, and of, this Sacred Vision and Truth.
It Must Begin With Self!

Each of us is a Sacred Building Block necessary to the completed construction of the Sacred Temple of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.
And each of us is responsible for the Creation, Building and Maintaining of Self in a Sacred Manner.

The 11 Frequency holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more spiritual perspective. This is the frequency that assists us opening our Spiritual Eyes.
Within the 11 Frequency Spiritual Illumination is most readily available, and our intuition is heightened allowing us to begin believing in, and start testing our natural psychic abilities.
Spiritual inspiration is awakened in this frequency, and with it suddenly we begin to be able to see and hear the messages Spirit sends us each and every day, even in the smallest occurrences of our daily life.
Within this frequency the subconscious mind is stimulated and Spiritual growth occurs when we learn to accept that reality is much more expansive than we have ever imagined.
Here is also found the truth and the peace we seek, because when our inner sense of knowing and our rational mind are no longer at odds with each other inner peace prevails, and we are able to open to what lies beyond the confines of limiting beliefs of reality.
The 33 Frequency is the initial energy of The Christ Consciousness, and lends its self in showing us how to hold Compassion for others without becoming attached to the dramas of their lives. We must understand that if we are to be of the most assistance possible to the positive forward movement of the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, we have to learn to allow others the right to experience the journey of awakening they are creating for themselves upon the path of human life without becoming attached to the dramas and low vibrational frequencies their negative emotions create; for if we don’t we are actually adding to exactly what it is we desire to help heal and release.
We are being asked to consciously and earnestly think about the fact that all the work we do for our Self individually is also actually doing work on and for the Collective Consciousness of Humanity. We are being asked to “know” this, because through this “knowing” and by consciously keeping this knowledge and thought within our daily Sacred Work and at the forefront of our thoughts we affect the healing and awakening of the Collective in a much more efficient and expeditious manner.

For those interested in focusing on the work of the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round Reality during the month of April 2014 today we start Phase 2.
Phase 2 begins today and runs through Thursday, April 17th, 2014.
The focus for Phase 2 is to learn to consciously and continuously begin Existing in and Radiating Gratitude. So like I said yesterday, it’s time to get your “I’m Thankful for” list out and start using it!
I am going to suggest that today would be a very good day to take some time to get out your pen and paper and literally make a list of what it is you have to be thankful for in your life.
I would also suggest that during, at least, the seven days of this Phase of this month’s work you start each day with actually stating out loud the things you are Grateful for.
This is not that hard, you can do this as you are driving to work in the morning. Simply state… “I AM Thankful for……” and fill in the blank.
As you make these statements out loud, allow them to Radiate forth from your Heart Chakra in ever widening concentric circles. Send the frequency of Gratitude out from yourself to share this energy with others as they pass by you. In this manner you are assisting others in learning how to live in a State of Gratitude.
Also, go ahead and make your Gratitude statements about the live you Intend to Manifest for yourself, even if you don’t see anything manifesting in the physical yet.
The reason for doing this is when you hold Gratitude for What is to Come as if it was already physically manifested you clear the pathway for it to manifest.
I know you will be absolutely amazed at the changes in your energy field when you do this.
I can tell you, I am personally already seeing the first steps of physical manifestation of the Intentions I set out, and I have friends whom the same thing is happening for. I have heard from several people in the last few days sharing their excitement with me over what they are beginning to see manifest in their life already.

Today is an 11 Frequency day.

Today is also what I classify as a Simple Frequency Day.
A “Simple Frequency Day” is a day where there is only one frequency. No Sub-frequency, no Minor frequency
These types of days are most generally days where we do not have too many energetic stresses on us, and therefore tend to make it much easier for us to deal with everyday situations and events.
I personally classify these “Simple Frequency Days” as sort of like having a day off. As Lightworkers we know these days do not come around very often, so we need to appreciate them when they do. Although, I will say we have been gifted with more Simple Frequency Days this month than usual. We are definitely being given assistance in doing the hard work on Self this month.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. For those of you, who are consciously participating in the work of Completion and Releasing of the last vestiges of what no longer serves our highest good this month, if you remember on the 1st of this month we began the nine days of preparatory work of readying ourselves by taking a very close and honest look at Self each day, and making lists of what no longer serves us in our Spiritual Growth process in preparation for the work of the Cleansing and Releasing portion of this month’s work.
Today we are going to be starting the Cleansing and Releasing portion of this work.
For the next nine days, from Monday, March 10th through Tuesday, March 18th, 2014, we will be focusing on actually releasing what we have found no longer serves us in our forward Spiritual Growth and Awakening Process.
I know we have made some fairly long lists of people, events, situations and issues that we know have served their purpose in our life and learning and awakening process and we now need to release, so for the next nine days we are going to be focusing on doing just that.
Kyra and I have recorded a meditation to be used in conjunction with this work. It is a meditation designed to lead you through the process of detaching energetic cords attached to what no longer serves your Highest Good.
This Meditation can be used daily if you like. It is all a matter of what you are led to do by your Higher Self.
My suggestion is you use this Meditation between one and five times between now and this coming Friday, (March 14th) when I will post the next meditation to be used in conjunction with this month’s work of Cleansing and Releasing. I intend to make these Meditations available as a free download; that way you can record it to your ipod or other devise which will allow you to use them with ease.

What Is Enlightenment?
Greetings Everyone,
Recently I have been in a couple of conversations on Facebook and with other friends, where the topic of conversation included, in some sense or another, becoming “Enlightened”.
WHAT IS ENLIGHTENMENT?
What Is Enlightenment?
Personally I have found this word “Enlightenment” can often pose a problem in conversation because it has such a broad definition, and I find the term means something different in each conversation dependent upon what the conversation is about.
This is a truth, or possibly My truth, because I see Enlightenment more as a journey and not a destination to be attained. This being the case, the term “Enlightenment” means different things to different people depending on their personal Spiritual Journey and the point, (or level) of understanding they currently hold.
The Prussian Philosopher Immanuel Kant, born in 1724 believed…
“Enlightenment was mankind’s final coming of age, the emancipation of the human consciousness from an immature state of ignorance.” [1]
He states: “Enlightenment is man’s emergence from his self-incurred immaturity.” He argues that the immaturity is self-inflicted not from a lack of understanding, but from the lack of courage to use one’s reason, intellect, and wisdom without the guidance of another. He exclaims that the motto of enlightenment is “Sapere aude”! – Dare to be wise![2]
I find it interesting that just as Kant, and many other philosophers of his day, believed that “Enlightenment” was, (and I paraphrase here), individuals taking responsibility for self, thinking for self and acting in accordance with one’s self determinations, and to stop blindly following what others would have them believe, including governments and religious belief systems, and instead listen to their own Inner Wisdom, is the same things we hear and teach in our current times.
I do believe the word “Enlightenment” has expanded in its definition since the days of Kant and his peers, but at its base does it still hold the same meaning?
I know for myself, as I have come to greater and greater levels of understanding, this term has changed in meaning many times over the course of my Spiritual Awakening Journey here on Earth; as I’m sure it has for many others.
This is why I see “Enlightenment” more as a Journey and not as a Destination to be reached. For if Spirit is truly infinite and we are a part of Spirit, then infinitely it will expand, and our individual consciousness with it.
