Recognizing Spiritual Ego

how do we recognize Spiritual EgoSpiritual Ego… we hear that term a lot these days within the New Age Spiritual Community; but just exactly what is meant by that term? How do we learn to recognize Spiritual Ego within our self and within other? How do we know if we are hearing the voice of Spiritual Ego or the voice of the Divine ONE we call Spirit?

For many who are awakening to an expanded perspective of our world and reality, learning how to discern the voice of Spiritual Ego can be like climbing a slippery slope.

First I think we must remind our self that as special and unique as we all are, and as important as our individual part in the creation of our collective reality is, we must constantly remember WE ARE ALL ONE, and as such, no one of us is any more special than any other.

Many years ago my Spiritual Guides sent me a message in the form of a poem to help me try and always remember this fact. It has helped me when I needed clarification in knowing if I was hearing, (or speaking through) the voice of Spirit or the voice of Spiritual Ego. To me, there is a certain cadence to it that makes it very simple to relate to. I would like to share it with you in hopes it may assist you as well.

So, how do we know if we are hearing the voice of Spiritual Ego or the voice of the Divine ONE we call Spirit?

Spirit’s voice is as a whisper. It is as a gently flowing stream in a quiet forest. Spirit feels no need to defend anything, for Spirit knows there is nothing to defend.

Spirit asks you to study and learn; to search in earnest in order to find your truth. Spirit says, “Seek, and you will find your truth and your path.”

Spiritual Ego tells you, “Listen to me. I can show you the correct path; there is no need to question what I have shown you or seek outside of this knowledge.”

Spirit speaks from a place of respect and honor for all while Spiritual Ego speaks in an overly authoritative voice.  

Spirit’s Voice clears the mind and clarity of thought comes easily; Spiritual Ego’s voice clouds thoughts.

Spirit Asks of you, Spiritual Ego Tells you

Spiritual Ego looks to speak over others so as to be the only voice heard. It is not content to share space with another.

When we are speaking with the voice of Spiritual Ego there is much inner talk and chatter in our own minds. Loud talk and chatter are tools Spiritual Ego uses to confuse.

Spiritual Ego will stanchly defend its ideas and beliefs, and there are many ways those speaking with Spiritual Ego’s voice do this.  

Those who speak with a loud and boisterous energy voice are usually speaking through the voice of Spiritual Ego and often have a hidden agenda. This does not mean they are necessarily intentionally trying to mislead others or do them harm. More often than not, they truly believe the information they are sharing is what is needed for further Spiritual Awakening for everyone. They are simple speaking from the place of Spiritual Ego.

These types of people usually don’t have much room in their reality for anything that does not fall in line with their beliefs and are very seldom open to other’s perspectives. You often find they do not have patience with those who do not agree with them or with those who try to share information not in agreement with what they are saying. If another’s perspective in any way makes them feel less than important, either to themselves or in the eyes of others, they will not be open to hearing it or place any value on it.

 

How do we learn to recognize Spiritual Ego within our self and within other?

When I hear the Voice of Spirit there is nothing that upsets my energy in any way, whether I currently hold a particular belief being talked about by another or not.

When information is shared through the Voice of Spirit it makes me want to hear more because I recognize hearing other perspectives is an opportunity for me to learn and grow. What I hear may not change the current beliefs I hold, but who knows, somewhere later it may be information that, when pieced together with different knowledge, may expand my own consciousness and the perspectives of my reality; taking me to a whole new level of Spiritual Awakening.

Over the years I have learned that a very specific energy manifests within my energy field and body when I hear the voice of Spiritual Ego.

Just as we can “feel” the energy of fear or separation within information shared by another in the name of “Spiritual ONEness”, so too can we “feel” the energy of Spiritual Ego when we hear it. We just have to learn to recognize what that specific energy feels like within us when it appears.

For me the energy of “Fear” has a constricting feel to it. It makes me want to pull within behind the safety of my inner walls of comfort and shut out everything else. The energy of fear goes straight to my Solar Plexus and then moves into my Sacral and Root Chakras, activating my “Fight or Flight” instincts. For me, “Fear Energy” attacks my three lower Chakras. There is not much communication with words or thought when the energy of “Fear” comes into my energy field.  

Spiritual Ego on the other hand makes me nervous and I feel a tightening in my Heart and Throat Chakras, my inner vision becomes cloudy and I feel a pressure pushing down on my Crown Chakra. My neck and shoulders tighten and my blood pressure actually rises when I hear the voice of Spiritual Ego, especially when it is a strong energy. My body tingles all over with a chaotic, spike like electrical charge.  

Remember Spiritual Ego can be tricky. If you are not sure if another is speaking through the voice of Spirit, and it is indeed Spiritual Ego talking through them, Spiritual Ego’s voice will try and make you think you are being judgmental. You hear, “It’s not them. It’s you!”

Another way Spiritual Ego can be tricky is in prodding us to misread the energy signals in our energy field, especially those that affect our physical body strongly. Remember that chaotic electrical charge tingle I spoke of? Energy such as this can often be interpreted as excitement instead of a warning signal, especially by those who are newly awakened and just learning how to decipher energy signals. I know it took me a few years to figure that one out! And because of that, in my early days of awakening I often fell for that line from Spiritual Ego telling me it was me being judgmental. So learn to be very aware of how energy affects you personally.

And while it is important we check this within our self; when you have gone within and used all the tools and techniques at your disposal, such as breathing and trying to rebalance your energy, focused on realigning your Chakras, (or if you’re like me, tried to release the tight feeling within my Heart and Throat Chakras, and tried to clear my inner vision), and you still have that nagging feeling it is Spiritual Ego’s voice you are hearing, it probably is!

144 Double Helix Strand Spiritual DNA Activation Process

Back in 2013 a friend asked me for instruction on Activating Multiple Strand Spiritual DNA. In response to her request I wrote the following and shared it. Today Spirit has led me to share this information once more for any who may want to use this particular process for Activating their Multiple Strand Spiritual DNA.

DNA Activation Process

I suggest you start with initially activating 12 Strands of Spiritual DNA, then proceed in increments of 12 until you reach 72; so that would be 12 Double Helix Strands initially activated, followed by 12 more strands four more times until you have reactivated 72 Strands of Spiritual DNA. That would increase the number of Spiritual DNA activated by the following count: 2 strands increased to 12 strands, 12 strands  increased by 12 to 24 strands, 24 Strands increased to 36 strands, 36 to 48, 48 to 60, and finally 60 strands increased by 12 strands to 72 strands.

Once you have activated the first 72 Double Helix Strands of Spiritual DNA you will then activate another 72 strands all at once, which will take you to 144 Double Helix Strands of DNA, or 288 Single Strands of DNA.

First I would like to share an excerpt from an article I wrote back in February of 2012. In it I shared a bit of information about Spiritual DNA. Here is what I wrote on Spiritual DNA, and a link to the whole article if you would like to read it in full.

“5) Back to that Spiritual DNA we were talking about

By now most Lightworkers are aware of the process of activating multiple “new” strands of Spiritual DNA. The Spiritual DNA we are currently activating has always been a part of our complete Spiritual Self, and is necessary for raising the frequency of our physical and etheric bodies so as to enable us to, safely and effectively move “back into” our Light Bodies. Sometimes this process is misunderstood. It is more clearly stated that we are RE-Activating these Spiritual DNA strands. They have always been there; we just stepped too deeply into dense frequency vibratory rate realms for them to operate at full capacity. In a very basic manner, the vast majority of these Spiritual DNA strands had to shut down almost completely or we would not have been capable of moving into such dense frequency realms. This DNA has always been within us, and the knowledge of this hidden and almost completely dormant DNA allowed those who knew of it to implant mechanisms and devices into it that aided them in using it in controlling ways. Keeping the knowledge of these “Spiritual DNA Strands” hidden for as long as possible was the first order of business for the Shadow Side Forces.

 Strategically placed locks within particular Spiritual DNA Strands create blockages to the knowledge of the truth of humankind’s Spiritual heritage. Tactically placed, these obstructions create stumbling blocks that, although they cannot and will not halt the inevitable outcome of all that is encompassed in the current Ascension process, if left unchecked and unattended, can and will, slow the process.

 Every truth humans reawaken to, deal with and take charge of implementing into their lives, individually and collectively, is one less blockage that can hinder the progression of our journey home to ONEness.”

 

Now for the activation process

Each of us has what we can term or label an “Etheric Physician”; “Etheric” meaning non-terrestrial. Very basically, I guess you could say, this is one of our Spiritual Guides who we can call on to help us maintain and care for our Etheric and Physical Bodies, including our Aura; our personal energy field.

Step 1:

Go into a meditative state with the intention of calling upon your Personal Etheric Physician. The first time you call upon your Personal Etheric Physician, I suggest you take the time to meet them and get to know them a bit. Very much like you would a physician in the physical world.

Questions you may want to ask and have answered

Do they emit a Masculine of Feminine frequency? (to us… are they male or female) What is his/her name? What do they look like? Where are they from? Have you work with them before? and if so, when and where? And any other questions you might have.

Step 2:

Once you have gotten to “know” them, you can either set an appointment for later, (if you are ready to physically leave meditation) to Activate the number of Spiritual Strands of DNA you are ready to activate and maintain.

Sometimes they will have specific instructions as to certain work they want you to do for a certain number of days, in preparation for the Activation. Examples such as, they may want you to fast and/or cleanse. They may want you to meditate on something specific for a certain amount of time, or they may want you to finalize some particular type of emotional release work, etc. They may also ask you to gather crystals or other stones of particular vibratory rates to utilize during the activations, or even particular Essences or Essential Oils. Other times they will think you are ready then. Simply follow their instructions.  

On the day of each activation, try to find at least a several hour period when you will be undisturbed. This allows you time for the meditation process where the activation will take place, plus time afterwards for relaxing and allowing the initial assimilation of the new frequencies to settle into your personal energy field/aura and you physical body.  

A visual for this newly activated Spiritual DNA:

The Double Helix Strands of DNA weave themselves together creating an energy channel, or tube, that runs through the center of your body. Basically you can visualize it creating a boundary, or the wall of your Sushumna Channel. (For now only focus on the Sushumna Channel in the picture below, and do not concern yourself with the Ida and Pingala energy channels for this work.)

The activation of each additional 12 Strand increment increases the diameter of the Sushumna Channel. How this will feel is very individual. My personal experience is that once all 72 Double Helix Strands are activated and woven together, the Sushumna Channel fills approximately the center 1/3 of the physical body.

Once you have activated the first 72 Double Helix Strands of Spiritual DNA, and have worked with this for a sufficient amount of linear time and are comfortable with maintaining this frequency, then you are ready to activate the next 72 Strands.

The Second 72 Strands of Spiritual DNA

The activation of these 72 Strands is done all at once. I suggest, if possible in your daily life, you set aside two days of at least minimal physical exertion for this activation. (Alone time is always best, but is not always afforded to us in our day to day lives.) This will give you time to do the work with your Etheric Physician and then have a relaxing down time to let the physical body rest and adjust to the substantial frequency increase.

The process is the same as with the smaller number strand activations. I highly suggest you meet with your Etheric Physician a few days, to a week or so before you plan on doing this activation to see if they have any specific instructions they would like for you to follow.

The activation of this second set of 72 Double Helix Strands of Spiritual DNA creates a second outer wall of your Sushumna Channel. In other words, the “Energy Channel/Tube” created by the first 72 Strands will be contained just inside this “Energy Channel”. Like double paned glass, this makes a second layer.

On the day of this Activation, do as before and move into your meditative state, following all instructions from your Etheric Physician.

Allow quite relaxing time to assimilate these new frequencies after the work is completed.

If you notice, each of the numbers associated with this DNA Activation process adds to either a 3, a 6 or a 9. This is the same number sequence associated with the Solfeggio Frequencies. I highly recommend the use of the Solfeggio Frequencies during the time of preparation for, and in the actual Activations.

Personally I suggest you specifically use the 528 Hz – Miracle/DNA Repair and the 417 Hz – Transmutation. The use of any and/or all is fine, but these two in particular are very good for this work.

If you are not familiar with the Solfeggio Frequency tones and music, you can simply search it on the web. There are many good Solfeggio music videos on Youtube and you can buy any number of versions of them on iTunes. Just find what resonates with you.

Remember, 12 Double Helix Strands is actually 24 Single Strands of DNA, 24 Double Helix Strands is actually 48 Single Strands of DNA, etc.

Each Double Helix Stand pair will have a Masculine/+ Charged Strand and a Feminine/ – Charged Strand joined into one “Double Helix”.

In conjunction with these activation, once you have assimilated and adjusted to the higher frequencies you are now holding and maintaining, (allow several weeks after the assimilation of the second 72 Strands before doing this next step), you will initiate a double spin direction of these two layers of Spiritual DNA.

Once again, go into your meditative state and call upon your Etheric Physician to assist you in this process.

Initiate/Start the inner Energy Channel spinning in a clockwise direction. Give a few minutes to allowing this spin to start and then find its proper rate of spin.

Once this feels complete you will then initiate the outer Energy Channel to begin spinning in a counter-clockwise direction. Give yourself time to allow these two spin directions to find equilibrium and set the proper spin rate and ratio to each other.

Your Double Helix Strand Spiritual DNA Activation is now complete.

 My personal advice:

1: Don’t let your ego guide you into thinking you can skip ahead in this process. You can cause yourself emotional and mental discomfort and slow the process down by thinking and acting on decisions made with Ego’s voice and advise.

2: You need to give some linear time, usually a few weeks, (1 to 3) between each additional Activation. You have to learn to operate, and maintain each higher frequency.  

3: Consciously work each day with these newly RE-activated Strands of Spiritual DNA. Give at least a few minutes time each day to making sure your energy is flowing correctly and with no blockages.

4: Become acquainted with what the energy flows feel like along these Strands and within this newly expanded Sushumna Channel. If you discover any blockages, or begin having emotional, mental or physical issues, simply call upon your Etheric Physician for assistance and follow their instructions.

5: For all who practice Energy Healing. Remember, we each have our own personal Etheric Physician. When you are doing Healing Energy Work on another, you can call on your Etheric Physician to contact their Etheric Physician for assistance. Once you become more efficient at working with Etheric Physicians, you can call directly on the Etheric Physician of the person you are doing the Healing Energy Work for.

Food for Thought: What is Enlightenment?

WHAT IS ENLIGHTENMENT?

Personally I have found this word “Enlightenment” can often pose a problem in conversation because it has such a broad definition, and I find the term means something different in each conversation dependent upon what the conversation is about.

This is a truth, or possibly My truth, because I see Enlightenment more as a journey and not a destination to be attained. This being the case, the term “Enlightenment” means different things to different people depending on their personal Spiritual Journey and the point, (or level) of understanding they currently hold.

The Prussian Philosopher Immanuel Kant, born in 1724 believed…

“Enlightenment was mankind’s final coming of age, the emancipation of the human consciousness from an immature state of ignorance.” [1]

He states: “Enlightenment is man’s emergence from his self-incurred immaturity.” He argues that the immaturity is self-inflicted not from a lack of understanding, but from the lack of courage to use one’s reason, intellect, and wisdom without the guidance of another. He exclaims that the motto of enlightenment is “Sapere aude”! – Dare to be wise![2]

I find it interesting that just as Kant, and many other philosophers of his day, believed that “Enlightenment” was, (and I paraphrase here), individuals taking responsibility for self, thinking for self and acting in accordance with one’s self determinations, and to stop blindly following what others would have them believe, including governments and religious belief systems, and instead listen to their own Inner Wisdom, is the same things we hear and teach in our current times.

I do believe the word “Enlightenment” has expanded in its definition since the days of Kant and his peers, but at its base does it still hold the same meaning?

I know for myself, as I have come to greater and greater levels of understanding, this term has changed in meaning many times over the course of my Spiritual Awakening Journey here on Earth; as I’m sure it has for many others.

This is why I see “Enlightenment” more as a Journey and not as a Destination to be reached. For if Spirit is truly infinite and we are a part of Spirit, then infinitely it will expand, and our individual consciousness with it.

Greetings Dear Spirit Family,

As I am sure many of you are aware my Sacred Contractual Work and the way in which I share that work has recently moved in a somewhat new direction. There have been many changes happen in the way I communicate and interact with Spirit Family in the last few days.

This is not unexpected for many reasons, not the least of which is because 2016 is the Year of “Rewriting Our Story”, and for me and many others this work has already begun. Much change will transpire for many throughout next year.

I have now moved into what I am personally coining “Phase II” of my Sacred Work. Exactly all the changes this will entail and the details of what this new leg of my personal journey and Sacred Path will look like I am not exactly sure of just yet. I only know I will happily and willingly follow Spirit’s lead and continue to grow and expand as linear time passes in the coming days, weeks and months ahead.

Question:

Does the name “Eifael” have any meaning to you? I was guided by Rehael (guide for my intellect) to ask you. -rather I was guided to enquire in general, but when I asked myself with whom to enquire, without a pause, your name and a blue and green brilliance appeared in my mind.

Akashic Answer from Essence Ka tha’ras

When I “look” into the energy of this name, “Eifael” I “See/Hear” She, (I do feel the energy of a presence that holds a strong feminine energy) is what we would classify as a Teacher/Mentor for you as you exist on “New Earth”. Let’s just call it a “Future Lifetime” of yours, one where you exist on what we currently refer to as “New Earth”.

She and You (your New Earth Aspect of Self/Future Lifetime) work within one of the “Healing Temples”; one under the direct supervision of the Energy Consciousness we (meaning humanity in this current reality) define as Archangel Raphael. Raphael is known as an Archangel and the Patron Saint of healing/healers, physicians, travelers and matchmakers.

To keep it simple…. She is in charge of this particular Healing Temple we are talking about and you are one of the advanced Healers who has been under her tutelage since you entered into the work of that Temple.

She has instructed your “New Earth/Future Lifetime” Self to contact you in this Lifetime for the purpose of beginning to open up communication between that lifetime and this lifetime. This (if you decide to follow through) will be of assistance to your Sacred Work in this lifetime and that lifetime both.

Just as an FYI, the “blue and green brilliance” you saw was about having you contact me. The Blue is related to me and the Green is related to Raphael. I would venture to say there was a bit of Silver mixed in with those colors if you looked closely!

Your explanation above is just as if you were sitting next to me (in the physical) when it occurred! When the name “popped” into my conscious I was a bit “suspicious” in a way due to dark energies I’ve been successfully battling off lately (they’re attempting to slow or hamper my ongoing growth and have been since I was a very small child, when even at that young age I understood what was going on- to the extent my maturity level allowed at the time) so as a precaution I sought guidance from Raphael as to the legitimacy of Eifael’s “appearance. I was “advised” to seek your opinion to verify my assumption that it was indeed of the Light. You have just done so, almost precisely appeared to the letter. I was “told” that by conveying the “colors” it would assure you of the legitimacy of my inquiry. Thank you so very much.

Dawning of A New Day…. The Ride of A Lifetime…

Greetings Star Family,

I’m not exactly sure why I have been feeling pulled to share this very personal and Sacred personal experience with you all once again, but I have. So I am going to go ahead and just follow my heart. I have shared this story twice before since 2010, it is the story of my biological mother’s crossing.

She was known to many as “Fancy Nancy” and to others as “Nafalia”. She crossed over to the other side of the veil on February 6th, 2010.

I share this story in remembrance, tribute and honor to her, and in the hopes it will be of assistance to others during times of the loss of a loved one. Following is the original article I wrote after setting Death Vigil with her as she crossed.

Mother was Spiritually Awakened and was very instrumental in my own awakening process. In the physical human realms we had a tumultuous relationship, yet at the same time it was a very Sacred Relationship. As hard as it might be for some who knew her and/or I, the truth is, we were very close and we understood that the parts we were playing for each other in this lifetime were something we had agreed upon before we incarnated here. Even though we spent the last ten years disconnected in the physical realms we were always in constant telepathic communication. She and I belong to a very Ancient Matriarchal Soul Family and have traversed this Universe together for a very long linear time.  

With that told I would like to now share the original article written after her crossing through the veil.

Greetings and Salutations to All my Spiritual Kin,

Where to begin?

Many of you who know me already know the story this past month has held for me. For those of you who don’t, I will try to explain as concisely as possible.

It was almost exactly one month ago today that my daughter and I headed for my hometown, where this story begins its final chapter.

On the 7th of January, as my daughter and I drove to the monthly meeting of the Body, Mind and Spirit group we belong to, I made a call that set into motion all that has transpired in this last month for my family and myself.

My sister had called a few nights before to let me know that our biological mother had been taken to the emergency room after suffering a seizure. In the end, the diagnosis was an inoperable brain tumor; cancer. She was initially given three to six months to live.

My sister and I had been estranged from our mother for over ten years; the reasons of which I won’t go into. Even that being the case, she was our mother, she did give birth to us, we always did and always will love her, and all personal issues aside, we were not going to let her die alone.

I called my mother as I drove down the highway to the meeting, (using my hands-free, of course) and we talked and enjoyed the reunion. Two weeks and one day later, my daughter and I were on our way to sit vigil, at my mother’s deathbed, along with my sister who already had been staying with her on and off the past couple of weeks.

That was Friday, January 22nd.

My mother had come home from the hospital the day of the 7th and at that time, and even when I arrived, she was still able to take care of herself, cook, bathe, take her few pain medications, and putter around the house like always. Sunday, January 24th, she had a major seizure and I had to take over her care, including being responsible for her pain medication.

The progression of the cancer was so amazingly fast it was like being caught in a whirlwind; it took myself, my daughter, and my sister, whom was also still going to work everyday, to give our mother the constant care she needed. Every day she lost at least half of her strength and her pain medications had to be more than double every two or three days just to keep the level of pain bearable. Thankfully, the hospital had the foresight to have Hospice set in place before she was ever released to go home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these Angels of Mercy. Truly, people who do this type of work and caring for others are a special breed of Angelic Beings manifest into human form.

Friday, January 29th, our mother had to be taken to the emergency room once again. At that point in time, we were going to have to have her put in a nursing home simply because she had progressed to a place where we could not take care of her physical needs without more help. But once again Hospice came to our rescue. She was given five days and nights in the hospital. She would have the care she needed, and we would have time to take care of all necessary arrangements.

Once again she took a turn for the worse, this time within a matter of hours. I called her younger sister, who had been waiting on the call that it was time to come, and by the morning of Sunday, January 31st, my sister was picking our Aunt up at the airport. We all stayed day and night at the hospital with my mother. My aunt said we must have looked like “settlers” moving in, we brought so much stuff with us to stay those five nights.

Wednesday, February 3rd, mother had to leave the hospital. Her “respite” time there was up. But her condition had deteriorated so quickly she was now completely bed-ridden. She was even paralyzed on her left side from having had at least two rather large strokes and an untold number of mini-strokes.

Just like most of us, mother truly wanted to be in her own home to pass. We wanted that for her too, and as strange as it may sound, with Hospice in place, and because she was now in a completely bed-ridden state, and with the addition of our Aunt to help in her care, we were now able to take her home to spend her last remaining days.

We did not tell mother she was going to get to go home to crossover to the other side until we were sure everything was set. As soon as the doctor gave us the okay we all gathered at her bedside and gave her the good news. She was so happy. With tear filled eyes and a laugh in her voice she kept saying, “I’m going home. I get to go home. I’m so happy I get to go home.” That was one of the most joyful and rewarding experiences I have personally ever had the privilege to be a part of.

That cold and snowy Wednesday afternoon the ambulance took mother home. She had a very good day Thursday, but by that evening took another turn for the worse. Her medication had to be more than quadrupled to keep the pain tolerable. Friday, she was comatose, and at 5:02a.m. Saturday, February 6th, 2010, at the young age of 66, mother drew her last breath in the physical. We opened the door in her room that led to the courtyard of the apartment complex where she lived, and in the crisp, early morning winter air, mother’s spirit jumped aboard the last moonbeam before sunrise and rode off into the stars.

As physically and emotionally challenging as sitting death vigil is, I must say this was truly an experience I would not have missed. My mother, my sister, my aunt, my daughter and myself shared in something sacred. We healed, we loved, we cried, we laughed and we grew in ways no other event or occurrence in physical manifestation could ever offer.
