Truly Hearing what other people are saying cannot be accomplished by just listening to the words coming from their mouth.

Truly hearing what others are saying cannot be accomplished by listening with the mind alone; it cannot even be accomplished by listening with the heart alone.

To Truly Hear what others are saying can only be accomplished when the Divine Mind and Divine Heart are properly connected and working in unison.

If a person says to you, “You are wrong, and I am right”, and you are listening with only your mind, what you will hear is a personal attack on your beliefs. This happens because what you “hear” is an invitation to move into defending your beliefs and perspective. When confronted with such an invitation most people immediately take a defensive stand, and what started as a conversation moves into a heated debate at best, and an argument at worst.  

If you are listening with only your heart you will hear this same personal attack on your beliefs, but instead of accepting the invitation to become defensive in an argumentative action, you are very likely to fall into a submissive posture. One where your feelings get hurt and you move into a passive/aggressive stance to defend your beliefs. In choosing this stance you enter into the energy of victimization.

No matter which of these ways in hearing what others are saying you choose to respond to, you are giving away your Power and end up walking away from this type of interaction feeling weak, drained, emotionally upset and energetically unbalanced.

To Truly Hear what is being said by the other person with a statement such “You are wrong, and I am right”, you have to listen from the place where the Divine Mind and the Divine Heart are activated and connected with a proper energy flow pattern and working in unison.

When you Hear from this place of proper connection between the Divine Mind and the Divine Heart, what you Hear is actually what the other person is truly saying.

You Hear, “I am hurting and scared and I need loving validation and support from you.”

By no means do you have to, nor should you, acquiesce and simply agree with the other individual’s perspective simply to avoid confrontation. A reaction such as this assists no one. What I suggest is a conscious and intentional response from you with words and energy that is in harmony with, and coming from, your connection to the Divine Voice of Spirit.

You ask; “How do I connect with the Divine Voice of Spirit?”

You connect to the Divine Voice of Spirit through the union of Divine Mind and the Divine Heart in the proper energy flow pattern; and the simplest way to make this connection is with the use of the Sacred Geometric Tool known as the Lemniscate.

When the Sacred Lemniscate Energy Flow pattern is used to connect the Divine Mind and the Divine Heart the Throat Chakra is opened in a way, and to a level, that permits the Divine Voice of Spirit to flow forth from us, thus allowing us to speak from the place and energy of our own Divinity.

Following are simple instructions on how to use the Sacred Geometric Lemniscate Tool to create the proper energy flow connection between the Heart/High Heart and the Third Eye to begin the activation process of the Divine Mind and Divine Heart connection, thus opening and activating the Divine Voice.

First:  Take yourself into a meditative state, and open, align and create a gentle energy flow movement connecting all seven of the physical body Chakras, making sure your Sushumna Channel is open and energy is flowing through it unimpeded.

Here is a picture to acquaint you with the Sushumna Channel in case you are not already familiar with it. The Sushumna Channel is the Main Energy “Artery” in the body and connects the Chakras. (for this particular work and technique we will not be working with the Ida and the Pingala Channels shown in this diagram; this is a very basic technique).

The Divine Mind & Divine Heart Points within the Physical Body

To Activate the Divine Mind & Divine Heart

You begin by visualizing energy flowing out of the front side of the body at the area of the Heart/High Heart Chakras. It then flows back toward the body and enters at the Throat Chakra on the front of the body and flows all the way through the Throat Chakra out the back side of the body.

It then flows back toward the body and enters at the back side of the body at the area of the Third Eye (the back of the head) and continues all the way through the Third Eye (head) and out the front of the head/Third Eye.

This flow continues and then enters once again at the front of the Throat Chakra and out the Back of the Throat Chakra, then flows back toward the body, and enters at the back of the Heart/High Heart Chakra area and flows all the way through it.

This is the complete flow pattern. Now simply continue to allow the energy to flow along this pathway.

Activating the Divine Voice

Once you are comfortable with using this Energy Flow Pattern, (it is powerful and may take a bit of getting used to), you can then set this Lemniscate to spinning in either a (vertical) clockwise or counter-clockwise direction. Whatever feels right to you and at a rate that is comfortable for you.

Once you have set the spin direction and rate you will “feel” the Crown Chakra open in a very different way than you have probably every experienced before.

When working with this tool, stay relaxed and watch your breathing. Allow yourself to ride the energy waves as they come.

Some people may experience a bit of nausea and/or strong tingling sensations within the body, and/or a sense of lightheadedness when they first start using this Tool and Technique. This is normal and is not a sign of something being wrong. If you do experience any minor nausea just slow down the spin rate and breathe deeply, allowing any minor discomfort to pass.

It is with the introduction of the directional spin that the channel for the Divine Voice to flow through is activated. Just like the difference in the opening of, and energy flowing through the Crown Chakra being one you may not have experienced before, you will feel the Throat Chakra opening and energy flowing through it in a very different way than you have probably every experienced before also.

Activation of the Divine Voice

Until you have become accustomed to working with this very intense and high frequency energy flow I suggest that after each meditation you do focusing on this specific work, when you finish you stop the spin of the Sacred Lemniscate Energy Flow pattern, and bring your energy back into alignment with an energy flow and rate more in accordance with your normal daily routine rate. Like anything else, the more you work with it, the better you get at it.

After each session of doing this work I suggest you ground yourself before attempting to return to physical activity. IF a sense of being “Spacey” or Lightheaded continues I have found a great way to ground very quickly is to stand barefooted on the Earth and/or place your hands on the ground. I prefer the touch of cool green grass personally!
