Greetings Spirit Family,

Just a quick note on the up-dated 11:11 info.

I have shared this information in many Metatronic Numerology Frequency Reports, but I now would like to share it on its own.

Most Spiritual Awakened people are familiar with the 11-11 Frequency Encoded “Wake-Up” call we as a Collective Consciousness set into place before descending into dense reality realms.

We did this to be of assistance to us in our Collective Spiritual Re-Awakening. Basically this is an alarm clock we set before we descended into the denser realms of matter.

Keep in mind those who still slumber spiritually are seeing the 11:11 as it was originally created and intended to work; a Cosmic Wake-up Call. But for those of us who have spiritually awakened, our work with this encoded frequency has changed.

If you are a regular reader of the Metatronic Numerology Frequency Reports, you will most likely remember that I have shared what the Q4 stated about this 11:11 Encoded Alarm Clock.

They told us that the 11:11 Frequency Portal of the New Mayan Calendar Round Reality, that began with the shift in the Collective Consciousness into the 5th Dimensional Frequency that transpired with our movement through the 12/21/12 Portal, now stands continuously open, and we, the Spiritually Awakened, really no longer need to put time and energy into raising frequency to enable it to remain open because we have accomplished that.

What this means is that movement through this portal is now available at all times to everyone, and there is an Ease of Access that was not there before.

The changes this is making in our Present Projected Time Frame Reality are that we are beginning to see, and will continue to see, an acceleration of Spiritual Awakening by those who still slumber; and the reality of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity existing on Gaia will flow and shift more rapidly into a fuller Spiritually Awakened state.

It also means our work with the 11:11 Encoded Wake-Up Frequency has changed slightly.

Now our work, especially during time frames when the 11:11 Frequency Encoded days are occuring, is to focus our energy and intentions on being of assistance to the lessening of the accumulative amount of highly negatively charged emotions surrounding the planet, (within Gaia’s Auric Field), and how they hinder the Spiritually Slumbering Masses in Initial Awakening. Us doing this work is especially important to be of assistance for those who are beginning to react to the subconscious promptings of their own Spiritual Awakening.

We can all remember that as exciting as Initial Spiritual Awakening is, it is also a time when we often feel lost and confused as to what we should believe and think, and where we should turn in our quest for understanding about what is happening to us; so from now on these 11-11 Encoded days will come around at semi-regular intervals as reminders, and micro Power Boosters, that with the larger numbers of newly Awakening humans happening simultaneously, the planet and the Collective Consciousness will see times of overwhelming amounts of energy of fear and confusion being released. With the accumulation of this energy we need to remain focused on assisting in the energy work of Love and Light by emitting a newly upgraded 11:11 Encoded Frequency Message.

This new 11-11 Encoded message is…

“You are Waking Up… You are Safe… And You ARE on the Right Path”

This is the 11:11 Message we need to be emitting now.

As you go about your daily routine, please try to keep this message at the forefront of your thoughts and emit it as you encounter people throughout your day; especially to those you can sense and see are existing within chaotic energies.

You will be surprised at how much good this can do for them, as well as for yourself.

Divine Communication Tools ~ The Art of Truly HEARING What People are Saying

Truly Hearing what other people are saying cannot be accomplished by just listening to the words coming from their mouth.

Truly hearing what others are saying cannot be accomplished by listening with the mind alone; it cannot even be accomplished by listening with the heart alone.

To Truly Hear what others are saying can only be accomplished when the Divine Mind and Divine Heart are properly connected and working in unison.

If a person says to you, “You are wrong, and I am right”, and you are listening with only your mind, what you will hear is a personal attack on your beliefs. This happens because what you “hear” is an invitation to move into defending your beliefs and perspective. When confronted with such an invitation most people immediately take a defensive stand, and what started as a conversation moves into a heated debate at best, and an argument at worst.  

If you are listening with only your heart you will hear this same personal attack on your beliefs, but instead of accepting the invitation to become defensive in an argumentative action, you are very likely to fall into a submissive posture. One where your feelings get hurt and you move into a passive/aggressive stance to defend your beliefs. In choosing this stance you enter into the energy of victimization.

No matter which of these ways in hearing what others are saying you choose to respond to, you are giving away your Power and end up walking away from this type of interaction feeling weak, drained, emotionally upset and energetically unbalanced.

To Truly Hear what is being said by the other person with a statement such “You are wrong, and I am right”, you have to listen from the place where the Divine Mind and the Divine Heart are activated and connected with a proper energy flow pattern and working in unison.

When you Hear from this place of proper connection between the Divine Mind and the Divine Heart, what you Hear is actually what the other person is truly saying.

You Hear, “I am hurting and scared and I need loving validation and support from you.”

By no means do you have to, nor should you, acquiesce and simply agree with the other individual’s perspective simply to avoid confrontation. A reaction such as this assists no one. What I suggest is a conscious and intentional response from you with words and energy that is in harmony with, and coming from, your connection to the Divine Voice of Spirit.

You ask; “How do I connect with the Divine Voice of Spirit?”

You connect to the Divine Voice of Spirit through the union of Divine Mind and the Divine Heart in the proper energy flow pattern; and the simplest way to make this connection is with the use of the Sacred Geometric Tool known as the Lemniscate.

When the Sacred Lemniscate Energy Flow pattern is used to connect the Divine Mind and the Divine Heart the Throat Chakra is opened in a way, and to a level, that permits the Divine Voice of Spirit to flow forth from us, thus allowing us to speak from the place and energy of our own Divinity.

Following are simple instructions on how to use the Sacred Geometric Lemniscate Tool to create the proper energy flow connection between the Heart/High Heart and the Third Eye to begin the activation process of the Divine Mind and Divine Heart connection, thus opening and activating the Divine Voice.

First:  Take yourself into a meditative state, and open, align and create a gentle energy flow movement connecting all seven of the physical body Chakras, making sure your Sushumna Channel is open and energy is flowing through it unimpeded.

Here is a picture to acquaint you with the Sushumna Channel in case you are not already familiar with it. The Sushumna Channel is the Main Energy “Artery” in the body and connects the Chakras. (for this particular work and technique we will not be working with the Ida and the Pingala Channels shown in this diagram; this is a very basic technique).

To Activate the Divine Mind & Divine Heart

You begin by visualizing energy flowing out of the front side of the body at the area of the Heart/High Heart Chakras. It then flows back toward the body and enters at the Throat Chakra on the front of the body and flows all the way through the Throat Chakra out the back side of the body.

It then flows back toward the body and enters at the back side of the body at the area of the Third Eye (the back of the head) and continues all the way through the Third Eye (head) and out the front of the head/Third Eye.

This flow continues and then enters once again at the front of the Throat Chakra and out the Back of the Throat Chakra, then flows back toward the body, and enters at the back of the Heart/High Heart Chakra area and flows all the way through it.

This is the complete flow pattern. Now simply continue to allow the energy to flow along this pathway.

Activating the Divine Voice

Once you are comfortable with using this Energy Flow Pattern, (it is powerful and may take a bit of getting used to), you can then set this Lemniscate to spinning in either a (vertical) clockwise or counter-clockwise direction. Whatever feels right to you and at a rate that is comfortable for you.

Once you have set the spin direction and rate you will “feel” the Crown Chakra open in a very different way than you have probably every experienced before.

When working with this tool, stay relaxed and watch your breathing. Allow yourself to ride the energy waves as they come.

Some people may experience a bit of nausea and/or strong tingling sensations within the body, and/or a sense of lightheadedness when they first start using this Tool and Technique. This is normal and is not a sign of something being wrong. If you do experience any minor nausea just slow down the spin rate and breathe deeply, allowing any minor discomfort to pass.

It is with the introduction of the directional spin that the channel for the Divine Voice to flow through is activated. Just like the difference in the opening of, and energy flowing through the Crown Chakra being one you may not have experienced before, you will feel the Throat Chakra opening and energy flowing through it in a very different way than you have probably every experienced before also.

Until you have become accustomed to working with this very intense and high frequency energy flow I suggest that after each meditation you do focusing on this specific work, when you finish you stop the spin of the Sacred Lemniscate Energy Flow pattern, and bring your energy back into alignment with an energy flow and rate more in accordance with your normal daily routine rate. Like anything else, the more you work with it, the better you get at it.

After each session of doing this work I suggest you ground yourself before attempting to return to physical activity. IF a sense of being “Spacey” or Lightheaded continues I have found a great way to ground very quickly is to stand barefooted on the Earth and/or place your hands on the ground. I prefer the touch of cool green grass personally!

For any who are taking Medication for treatment of any illness or Dis-ease of any kind, be it synthetic drugs or natural alternatives such as herbs and essential oils, etc., either on a short term basis or a long term basis, before ingesting, (or using in any other form) always:

1:  bring your self to a place of Centered Balance and into a Meditative state.

2: Intentionally raise your Frequency,

3: Speak with your body and state the Intention and desired outcome for which the medication is being used,

4: Send Love and Light to the medication, thus raising its frequency,

5: Take medication,

6: Hold and Send Gratitude to the medication for doing its job, to your body for accepting the medication for the Healing you desire, and to the Universe in which WE exists.

June Solstice ~ Celebrating the Great Solar King ~ The Healing of the Divine Masculine

Today is June 21, 2015; the day of the June Solstice; a point in Earth space/time when the Light of Day and the Darkness of Night are each at their longest.

Today is a day in which traditionally we celebrate the Great Solar Lord and Sun King; both in his pinnacle position of Ruling in Light in the Northern Hemisphere and in his position over the Conquering of Death, and his Movement into Rebirth in the Southern Hemisphere; a day in which to focus on the balancing of the Divine Masculine energy.

In the United States we are also celebrating “Father’s Day”, and this year it just happens to coincide with the Solstice.

With the focus of such a large Group Collective Conscious Mind, (that of the U.S., a population of over 300 million) directed toward the recognition and celebration of the “Father” energy, WE, the Spiritually Awakened portion of the Collective Conscious, have at our disposal an energy source to tap into to boost the Conscious and Intentional work WE are doing on this day; the work of assisting in bringing Balance back to the Divine Sacred Masculine Frequency that is such a vital part of OUR Intentional work of Creating a New Reality for the Collective Consciousness of Humanity and Earth.  

WE have been extremely focused on healing and bringing back into its proper place and balance the Divine Sacred Feminine Energies for the last ten to twenty years. This work, that was and is so necessary to the creation of OUR New Reality, is moving forward at an exponential rate. Now WE need to turn a portion of our attention to Healing and bringing into Balance the Divine Masculine Frequency; especially as it must sit in Aligned Balance with the Divine Feminine Frequency.

Neither alone can Create Reality in its Full and Proper Form.

They MUST work in tandem in a Sacred Balanced fashion for OUR Reality to enter into the next Golden Age Cycle Round in which WE now sit at the edge of entering as a Collective Consciousness.

At this point in Space/Time of our Collective Reality it is time WE, begin giving Intentional Focus to bringing back into Balanced Form the Sacred Union of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine if WE are to continue OUR forward movement into the space and time of the Golden Age of Collective Consciousness.

OUR physical Reality can be created within an unbalanced state of these two Divine Frequencies; as a matter of fact that is how WE have been creating OUR Reality ever since the Collective Consciousness of Humanity on Earth moved out of the last Golden Age Cycle. WE have to remember that when OUR Collective Reality is created within an unbalanced state between the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine Frequencies there will always be stresses and strife created within that reality.

With this knowledge in our conscious minds WE remember it is ONLY when WE Create OUR Collective Reality from the Center of the Union of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine Frequencies that WE can truly Create OUR Reality as one that can Move into the Golden Age Cycle Round whose edge WE NOW sit upon.

Today, with the June Solstice and the 7/11 Dual Frequency it holds and emits, plus the large Energy Boost at our disposal being created by the Group Collective Conscious Mind of the Father’s Day recognition and celebrations occurring, let US NOW begin the work of finalizing the Healing of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Frequencies as they relate to each other, to Earth and to the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.

Let US prepare to move into the Conscious, Continual and Intentional work of Creating OUR Reality from the Center OM Field of Potentiality created by the Union of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine Frequencies.

I AM posting this Metatronic Numerology Frequency Report for the June 21, 2015 Solstice on the run today. Life for me has been so wonderful lately. I find my work expanding in directions I had not anticipated, but am IN-Joying it beyond anything I could have ever imagined.

This Solstice Metatronic Numerology Frequency Report is but a simple one; giving only information on the main frequency being brought to us to be of assistance in our Spiritual Awakening Journey at this time on Earth.

I would like to remind everyone any Solstice is both a Summer and Winter Solstice at the same time; being dependant only on the hemisphere in which you live. The same holds true for Spring and Autumn Equinoxes.

The information in this report is the same for either hemisphere of the planet. It matters not where you live, these are the frequencies being gifted to the planet at this time through this special Energy Time Portal.

The June 21st, 2015 Solstice holds a 7/11 Dual Frequency as its main frequency.

The I AM Keyword phrase for the 7/11 Dual Frequency is:

The 7/11 Dural Frequency combination is very powerful and lends assistance in going beyond the surface in looking at Self; and Self here not only means the Individual person we are, it also means the Collective Consciousness of Humanity as the Individual Conscious Self it is also.   

This 7/11 Dual Frequency can be a difficult energy for many if they are not comfortable with their Self and their Spirituality and Spiritual beliefs, especially if they are still not ready to be Responsible for their own Spiritual growth. This 7/11 Dual energy can create tension because this Frequency combination leaves no room for NOT taking seriously your Individual Responsibility for your own Spiritual Growth.

Just as a Saturn Return in you Natal Astrological Chart forces you to take a long hard look at Self and demands you examine your life and your belief system, so too does this frequency combination push you beyond your comfort zone in what you consider your individual Responsibility for Self, especially as it pertains to your individual responsibility in being of assistance to the Awakening Journey of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.

This 7/11 Dual Frequency combination disallows the ability to any longer ignore the Truth of our Reality and your portion of the Responsibility for creating it.

Much of what we are seeing play out on the world stage associated with corruption, misuse of power, greed, control and violence that is being brought to light and forcing us to really look at it as a Collective is because of this frequency combination’s effects embedded throughout the year. But remember Spirit is gifting us with this frequency combination much more in this portion of linear time because, 1: it gives us the opportunity to make changes to correct and heal these types of behaviors and beliefs, and 2: because WE are ready to take on much more Responsibility for our Collective Conscious Self. WE no longer need a babysitter. WE are mature enough to do this work for our self now.

When we are under the Dual 7/11 Frequency, especially associated with such powerful moments in our local earth space/time reality such as occur with Solstices, Equinoxes and Eclipses, etc. daily life can be very trying for those individuals who are not stepping up and taking Responsibility for Self. For those individuals these high frequency times can be highly emotionally charged and cause stress and anxiety, thus causing tension within their energy matryx.  Often during these high frequency influxes we see stress rise between people because of them feeling a sense of being overwhelmed.

Just understanding what is creating such tension is very beneficial because it gives us something, and somewhere to focus on. In other words, it shows us where WE need to direct focused energy to be of the most assistance.

For those whose intentions are to step up and take responsibility for self, and how that work on self affects the Collective Consciousness, this 7/11 Dual Frequency is a true gift from Spirit; as long as they remain focused on their work and the true objective of being of service to the Collective.

For those who maintain their focus, this 7/11 Dual Frequency is a powerful amplifying energy they can tap into to assist in the work on Self and taking Responsibility for their individual part in the Creation of our Collective Reality.

Those who maintain focus will feel their energy becoming lighter and communication with Spirit becoming stronger under these types of frequencies.

If you are one who is truly working on taking full Responsibility for Self and the part you play in the Creation of the Collective Reality, yet during the days this 7/11 Dual Solstice Frequency is bathing the planet you find yourself becoming a bit overwhelmed by stressful energies, just know this is simply you falling a bit out of alignment with your Center Balance. This is not really a big deal and is to be expected somewhat simply because WE are Human and get busy and lose focus for a minute every once in awhile.

When you find yourself in this somewhat unbalanced energy space, simply take a moment, take a deep breath, and bring yourself back to center and that place of peaceful balance. Don’t chastise yourself, just get up and move on.

Remember, the real test of a true Master is not that they do not ever fall down. It is how fast they get back up.

HU~ Sacred Frequency

Today I would like to share with you the information available to us about the term HU and exactly what it is that can be found and decoded with the use of Metatronic Numerology.

For those of you who are not familiar with Metatronic Numerology, it is an advanced form of the Sacred Art of Numerology WE once had access to as a collective. AS WE moved deeper and deeper into the lower density frequency dimensions and realms the knowledge of Metatronic Numerology was lost to our Collective Consciousness.
