Just as in the last few days reports we begin with a reminder of the work we are doing in the Cosmic Meditation whose main focus is the Initial Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche.

Recap

First In-breath phase:

During the first In-breath phase our focus and work was on bringing the energy of the 99 Frequency of Universal Love and Divine Grace into our Individual Energy Matryx Grids, and allowing it to permeate every fractal particle of our Consciousness.

Second In-breath phase:

During the second In-breath phase we added the focus and work of creating and holding a space where all could open to the Voice of their Higher Self by Expanding their Heart Chakra Center and thus begin viewing an expanded perspective of our Collective Reality.

During the four days of this second In-breath phase cycle we went within our Personal, Collective and Multi-dimensional bodies and created and held a space of Welcome and Safety for all those who are desirous of change, and want to take action to make that change, yet are still intimidated and fearful of doing so.

We focused on creating this space using the 99 Frequency of Universal Love Shining Forth and Divine Grace so that others may come in to their personal power and see and know beyond doubt… WE ARE THE CHANGE WE DESIRE TO CREATE.

Third and final In-breath phase:

During the four days of this third and final In-breath phase our added focus and work is to reset the Foundation for Healing deeper into the physical realms so it becomes a much more concrete part of the consciously continued work of the Collective’s Consciousness.

Today is a 5 Frequency day with a 77 Sub-frequency influence.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 5 and 77 are:

5 – I AM Adventurous Change

77 – I AM the Divinely Inspired Synthesis of Spiritual Intuition and Physical Intelligence

Put very succinctly, this frequency combination is about the Change able to be brought about by the Spiritual Visionary; the one who is not afraid of being Adventurous, and who has learned to hear the voice of Spirit and interpret it into practical information and uses in the day to day world.

The 5 Frequency is about change and adaptability. Here lies the energy bandwidth that feeds the soul of the Spiritual Visionary; the one not satisfied to live within the confines of the box created and maintained by the status quo.

The 5 Frequency’s energy loves change and is always looking for the next great adventure into the unknown. That occurrence that is once experienced will change their perspective of reality forever.

The 5 frequency holds a neutral charge, so it allows for open-mindedness; it is simply about going in search of the “Truth” no matter where it is found. The 5 Frequency lends us assistance in having the courage to step out beyond our comfort zone; that small confined Box created by the mainstream consciousness mindset, and test the waters for what else just might be true.

This frequency also teaches the Right Use of Free Will, and although there is still much work to be done on Self before it can be ignited, the Spark of the Divine Rational Mind lies within the Frequency of the 5.

The frequency of 77 is about Creative Thought and Expanding our Perspective of our Reality. It is the frequency where the melding of our Spiritual Intuitive abilities blending into cohesion with our Physical Intellect begins to transpire. This Frequency stimulates, motivates and inspires the initial igniting of the Divine Rational Mind.

Within this frequency the Spark of the Divine Rational Mind that has lain dormant in the 5 frequency has its first initial igniting.

Today’s frequency is all about being Adventurous and taking that look into the Realms of Spirit to see for yourself if in fact they are true. So if you are one who has a fear of change, but has always had an interest in knowing if you are capable of hearing the Voice of Spirit or if you do indeed possess Psychic abilities, today’s energy will support you in taking that first step in testing these waters within yourself.

Today’s 5/77 Frequency combination lends assistance in being Courageous and saying…. “I AM going to see for myself what is beyond this limiting belief system others say I should be confined within. I Will Not let my fears and the fears of others stop me anymore.”

So today… go look and see for yourself if what so many are saying about our World and Reality being so much more than what Mainstream Conventional Thinking says is all there is to life is the Truth. Take that leap of faith and step out and do what you have always wanted to do, but never have had the courage to do.

If you already know for yourself that our Reality is much more than what Mainstream Society says it is, and you have been putting off testing your Spiritual Abilities and Gifts, today is the perfect day to begin practicing and honing your Gifts and Talents. So stop procrastinating and begin!

The added focus of today is creating and holding a space to be of assistance to others in opening to, and better hearing the Voice of Spirit, thus helping them find the courage to act on making Changes in their life that allows them to view an expanded perspective of Reality.

Remember, we are in an In-breath phase so this is about going inward and Creating this. Once we move into the final Out-breath phase we will release it by exhaling it.

Today is a 6 Frequency day with a 77 Minor frequency influence.

I AM Keyword Phrase for 6 and 77 are…

6 – I AM Love’s Responsibility

77 – I AM the Divinely Inspired Synthesis of Spiritual Intuition and Physical Intelligence 

The 6 Frequency is about taking on our individual responsibility in caring for our family; our immediate birth family, and then extending out in ever widening circles until it encompasses the whole of The Family of Man.

It is about taking on our Responsibility out of a sense of Love, not out of a sense of obligation, and it teaches us how to care for family without becoming overly critical and trying to make everyone exist in the world in the manner we see and believe to be the most proper; but instead do so in a fashion that fosters each individual to be responsible for self.

This is the Mother aspect of the Goddess teaching by words, deeds and actions of Love, not by coercion, force, guilt and intimidation, how to think for Self and be responsible in interactions with others and the world as a whole.

The frequency of 77 is about Creative Thought and Expanding our Perspective of our Reality. It is the frequency where the melding of our Spiritual Intuitive abilities blending into cohesion with our Physical Intellect begins to transpire. This Frequency stimulates, motivates and inspires the initial igniting of the Divine Rational Mind.

Today this 77 Frequency is a Minor frequency, which means it is extremely subtle. It’s in play; it is just not a main, or even a sub-focus. In this instance it is really just more of a continuance of its influence from yesterday.

So as we can see, today’s work is about taking on our Responsibility for our part in the work of the Healing and further Spiritual Awakening of the Collective.

Today is a 7 Frequency day with a 77 Sub-frequency influence and a 33 Minor frequency influence.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 7, 77 and 33 are:

7 – I AM Intelligence Seeking Self

77 – I AM the Divinely Inspired Synthesis of Spiritual Intuition and Physical Intelligence 

33 – I AM Compassionate Consciousness in Universal Service

Since the 33 Frequency is a Minor influence today, making it very subtle in it affects on the day, I would like to take a look at it first.

The 33 Frequency holds the energy of Compassion, but this is Compassion of a higher frequency than that of the everyday human level. This is Compassion created from the High Heart of the Human form and is the same frequency of Compassion that Sananda, known to many by the name of Jesus the Christ, and other Ascended Masters carried and emitted while incarnate in human form. The 33 Frequency is the initial energy of The Christ Consciousness, and it lends its self to showing us how to hold Compassion for others without becoming attached to the dramas of their lives. For we must come to understand that if we are to be of the most assistance possible to the positive forward movement of the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, we have to learn to allow others the right to experience the journey of awakening they are creating for themselves upon the path of human life without becoming attached to the dramas and low vibrational frequencies their negative emotions create; for if we don’t we are actually adding to exactly what it is we desire to help heal and release.

The 7 Frequency is about Seeking and Study, Analysis and Understanding. In many ways it is the frequency of the mind.

Within the 7 frequency lies the energy of the Sciences and Technology; especially those related to the physical world.

On the journey of spiritual awakening, the 7 bandwidth is where the desire to go within in order to seek a clearer understanding of Self and the workings of our Universe and how we fit into it all begins to become a priority in life. 7 is the frequency of the Sacred Mysteries and all things Spiritual, and here within this energy lies the initial gateway into The Sacred Esoteric Mysteries.

The frequency of 77 is about Creative Thought and Expanding our Perspective of our Reality. It is the frequency where the melding of our Spiritual Intuitive abilities blending into cohesion with our Physical Intellect begins to transpire. This Frequency stimulates, motivates and inspires the initial igniting of the Divine Rational Mind.

This combination goes a long way in bringing together the Physical and Spiritual worlds and showing that they are not separate from one another, but are in fact very much connected in ways we are just beginning to see and understand.

The added focus of today is once again pulling inward to create a space in order to create the bridging of the gap between the Physical World and the Spiritual World, and the Collective’s understanding of the interconnectedness of them. It is also about building the conscious awareness of how each individual affects the whole of the Collective Consciousness by their thoughts, words, deeds and actions.

Today is an 8 Frequency day with 33 and 77 Minor Frequency influences.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 8, 33 and 77 are:

8 – I AM Secure Physical Reality

33 – I AM Compassionate Consciousness in Universal Service

77 – I AM the Divinely Inspired Synthesis of Spiritual Intuition and Physical Intelligence 

As we can see, we have the same 33 and 77 Frequencies supporting the main frequency and focus at work here today as we did yesterday; except now both are Minor frequency influences.

What this shows us it that this is just a continuation of that work and energy.

The main frequency of today is the 8 Frequency, and the 8 Frequency is very much about creating a Secure Physical Reality.

Let’s look at just exactly what that means.

What does a Secure Physical Reality mean to you?

To most of us it means having a nice home to live in, having food to eat and sustain us. It is about having enough money in the bank to live a comfortable life, free from worry and lack.

It means being safe when we go to sleep at night, not worrying about being in harm’s way in any fashion; about having family and friends who love us and care for us, and who’s company we enjoy and benefit from.

It means living on a planet where all life is respected. It is about living on a planet free from pollution and toxic contamination. A planet where everyone is treated equally, and greed and fear do not rule the societies we live in.  

A Secure Physical Reality is about being physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually healthy and balanced.

This is the main focus and work of today; to looking at your life and seeing what is balanced and what is out of balance that needs to be taken care of and changed.

The added focus of today is once again pulling inward to create a space in order to set into place a more Secure Physical Reality for the Collective Consciousness.

We do this by focusing on building this intent of a Secure Physical Reality for the Collective upon the Foundation for Healing that is the overall focus of this third and final In-breath phase.

Today we create the energy of setting this focus and intent deeper into the physical realms so it becomes a much more concrete part of the consciously continued work of the Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche.

Tomorrow we will begin the third and final Out-breath phase of this Cosmic Meditation we have been doing all this month.

Tomorrow we will begin the exhalation of all we have created within, so as to blanket the Planet and the Collective Consciousness of Humanity within its Welcoming, and Safe and Secure warmth and frequency so that Healing and Change will transpire for all equally.

Then on the 19^th, the first day of this second Out-breath phase, we began exhaling this energy out to envelope all of Humanity and its Collective Consciousness and Reality.

We began lovingly exhaling this energy out to wrap Earth and all life on it in this Welcoming and Safe blanket of Healing so as to be of assistance in making Change in our Reality in a positive and Spiritually Expansive fashion.

Don’t forget, within this Welcoming and Safe blanket of Healing is held the realization that “Forgiveness” of self and others is essential to creating positive change in our Collective Reality. 

Through the 23^rd we will continue to exhale this frequency and its energy out from our Expanded Heart Chakra in the same manner of Unconditional Love Shining Forth, bestowing the Sacred Gifts of Divine Grace.

Our Intention, Pray and Meditation focus for this Out-Breath phase is the bestowing of Divine Grace and Unconditional Love Shining Forth so that all wounds and harms may be Healed and Forgiven. We create and ask this so that All Beings of Earth may know they exist within a Realty of Safety where all are Welcome to Share and partake of the Holy Waters of Divine Love and Grace.

Daily Frequency Report

Today is a 4 Frequency day.

The I AM Keyword phrase for 4 is:

4 – I AM Form and Service

The 4 Frequency is about work. It is about creating limits, boundaries and a solid foundation upon which to build. It is represented by the Sacred Geometric forms of the Square and the Cube; equal in all ways and holding a unifying principle. The 4 Frequency, through the Sacred Geometric forms of the Square and the Cube brings light into your body and your life in a balanced manner, and assists you in holding your world in equilibrium. It helps you to build your life upon a strong and solid foundation.

The 4 Frequency teaches the lesson of steady growth through patience, and shows the value of a strong work ethic; but above all it teaches us about our work in Service to Others and about doing our share of any necessary work, both in the physical world and in the Spiritual world.

Being a single digit number, the 4 Frequency is associated with the Physical World and the Individual, and it holds a Masculine (+) Positive Charge.

The last day we had a 4 Frequency was the 5^th of January. This was the day before we began the first In-breath phase of this Cosmic Meditation we have been doing since the 6^th of January.

On the 5^th, the 4 Frequency had a 99 Sub-frequency with it; this created the foundation and set the work for the Cosmic Meditation.

If you remember the reason for this healing work we are currently doing is to initiate the Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness Psyche.

The Masculine portion of the Collective’s psyche suffered major wounds because of the overwhelmingly disproportionate Masculine domination of our planet and humans for the last five thousand years plus. And these wounds are deep and severe. For us to move forward in our Spiritual Awakening process as a Collective these wounds must be tended to and healed.

Today is the last day of the second Out-breath phase of this Cosmic Meditation, and the 4 Frequency of today is bringing us back into the very physical realms to set the Foundation of this work even deeper into the physical dimensions and realms before we begin the third and final In-breath phase of this Cosmic Meditation.

Remember, the 4 Frequency is about building and setting limits and boundaries in order to create and build a solid foundation upon which to work. It is about steady growth through patience, and about Work in Service to Others; and here the “others” is the Collective Consciousness.

Our added focus for today is to reset the Foundation of this work deeper into the physical realms so it becomes a much more concrete part of the consciously continued work of the Collective as we move into the final stages of this Cosmic Meditation.

The 4 Frequency Unifies and holds balance and equilibrium, so we will use the Sacred Geometric form of the Cube to visualize this Foundation being constructed and set into the physical realms.

Also during the next four days of the third and final In-breath phase, as we bring the energy of the 99 Frequency of Universal Love Shining Forth and Divine Grace into our Individual Energy Matryx Grids, allowing it to permeate every fractal particle of our Consciousness in preparation for exhaling it to wrap Earth and Humanity in during the last Out-breath phase, (in addition to each days individual focus), we will need to continue to Consciously Visualize this Foundation being created in a more physical way in our world and reality, so that when we move into next month’s work it will be in place for this Healing process to be maintained. For as we know, there is still much healing of old wounds to be done.

3 – I AM Joyful Creation

11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation

22 – I Am Spiritual Vision Building Sacred Structure

The 3 Frequency is Creative Energy; Creativity in all forms. It is the initial energy of the Creative Life Force for the physical realms, and is the lower frequency vibration of the 111, and therefore associated with the Initial Spark of the Conception Energy.

The 3 Frequency is lighthearted and filled with the energy of Joy. It sets our imaginations free from structured reality and allows us to fly to Mystical and Magickal realms.

In this energy we play, we enjoy life and everything is has to offer. This way of existing, in turn, opens us to unlimited possibilities of Creative Expression.

The frequency of Joy is one of the highest, if not the highest frequency obtainable within our reality. When you exist in, and work from the energy of Joy anything is not only possible, it manifest into physical reality quickly.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more spiritual perspective.

The 22 Frequency holds the energy and information of the Master Builder; one who builds upon, with and through Sacred Structure.

Let’s just take a quick look at what is meant by Sacred Structure.

Structure: (According to dictionary search on yahoo)

1) something that is made up from a number of parts put together in a particular way. 2) the way in which parts are put together to form a whole; its makeup. 3) the interrelation or arrangement of parts in a complex entity.

Structuralize/Structuralization: To form, organize, or incorporate into a structure. This is the act of Building.

Sacred: worthy of respect or dedication; something set apart from the profane and mundane world of the lower frequencies; often referring to the physical area around a temple or other physical structure.

Here, if we begin with self as the center point, and recognize that WE, each of us, as the embodiment of Spirit in Physical form is an animated, living, breathing Sacred Temple, then we suddenly realize where our focus and our intentional “Creation and Building of a Sacred Structure, based on the Truth shown to us through our Spiritual Vision” must begin if we are to Create and Build a Collective Reality in, and of, this Sacred Vision and Truth.

It Must Begin With Self!

Each of us is a Sacred Building Block necessary to the completed construction of the Sacred Temple of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.

And each of us is responsible for the Creation, Building and Maintaining of Self in a Sacred Manner.

When we Create reality from a place of Joy formulated according to the Divine Spirit within us; that place that naturally knows existence is a Sacred projection of the ONE Consciousness, and we Build this Reality upon a Structure not of, or a part of, the profane and divisive world of low frequencies, we Create a physical area around our Sacred Temple; our physical body.

This then radiates out from us no matter where we are, where we may go, and no matter what low frequency energies we encounter.

The more individuals who are Awakened to this Spiritual Truth, and who begin creating in this fashion, the more encompassing this frequency and way of Creating our Collective Reality becomes.

Like the concentric circles in the ripples in a pond, each of us emit the frequency we focus on and are attuned to. As we meet each other’s radiated concentric circles of frequency, we join and begin to cover and affect a larger and larger portion of our Collective reality.

Vesica Piscis – The Cosmic Yoni

With each coming together of these individual ripples of frequency, their overlapping boundaries create the Sacred Geometric form of the Vesica Piscis, the Birth Portal through which Creation moves into manifest form; the Cosmic Yoni. The creation of each new Vesica Piscis from each of these points of coming together,  open ever wider the Cosmic Yoni on Earth allowing more opportunity for Higher Frequencies to enter into our Collective Reality affecting the speed at which we create our New Reality.   

All of this is the assistance given to us through today’s frequency combination.

111 – I AM Multi-dimensional Thought Energy Set into Motion

The 1 Frequency is about the Self… you as the Individual you are. So in a very real way today’s frequency is focused on working on Self. The reason the work on Self is so important right now is because if we are to be effective at the work of this month’s Comic Meditation we have to have our own energy balanced and flowing properly.

The 111 Frequency is very subtle today, so it is really more of a very quiet undercurrent adding just a whisper of influence and direction to the main work on self. The 111 Frequency is about the initial movement of thought energy into the Multi-dimensional realms; it is the conception of this thought and is not necessarily a conscious thought yet. Adding this to the 1 Frequency it gives assistance, through subtle whispers from the Higher Self, in finding the courage needed to begin the quest and journey into what being Multi-dimensional means for you as an individual.

If you are a regular at reading the Daily Frequency Reports you are familiar with the example I have shared surrounding the 1 Frequency and the journey of the Newly Awakened Self.

One of the best examples to use in understanding the 1 Frequency is found in Tarot in The Fool card. This card represents one who is innocent in knowledge and life experiences, in this case there is little knowledge and experience in understanding exactly what being Multi-dimensional looks like. But it is exactly because of this lack of knowledge and experience with Multi-dimensionality that the 1 Frequency is of such great assistance in allowing us to be fearless in exploring these newly opening Multi-dimensional realms.

The 1 Frequency and The Fool represent New Beginnings, being spontaneous and jumping in. Not in a sense of carelessness and reckless abandon, (although from time to time it may appear to others this is the case) but out of a sense of wonder, awe, excitement and questioning.

The Fool is beginning a journey down a new and unexplored path in search of, “What else is out there?”

The Fool’s lack of experience allows him to take off in a new direction unhindered by falsely preconceived ideas and fears created by others.

The Fool is actually an Independent Free Thinker because of his innocence and lack of experience. Unafraid to go exploring in territory in pursuit of answers where others would try to convince him dangers lie hidden in wait to harm him, he will cross boundaries marked by signposts warning…

“Here there be Dragons!”

He is driven to search no matter the cost.  He will “Boldly go where no man has gone before”, (any Trekky will know that one!) and Bravely face his fears.

In many ways we are now starting The Fool’s Journey down a New Path into Uncharted Territory; a path leading into the Multi-dimensional Realms of Reality.

Today’s frequency combination lends assistance in being able to find the courage needed to start down this new path into the uncharted territory of this New and Expanded Reality of Multi-dimensionality we are preparing to move in to.

So today, BE BRAVE! Be that Independent Free Thinker and take the Beginning steps onto that New Path before you! Allow your Journey into the Multi-dimensional Realms to begin!

44 – I Am Structured Power & Metamorphosis

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more spiritual perspective.

The 44 Frequency is the frequency where the igniting of the Spark of the Group Collective Conscious Mind that lies dormant in the 2 Frequency occurs.

Here within the 44 Frequency is where Ruling and Governmental Bodies work at their best; where those in positions of power learn to come together and to work toward what is best for everyone concerned. This Frequency is where we learn to come together and act in accordance for All… as ONE.

The 44 Frequency is also about Metamorphosis.

The new path into the Multi-dimensional realms we, the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, are beginning down will change us and our perceptions of Reality. This new path will change us is ways, that at this stage of our journey we cannot yet even begin to imagine; especially under the multi 7 Frequency that is heavily influencing 2014.

At this point in projected space and time we are only beginning to think about, and comprehend what the concept of a Universe of Infinite Possibilities looks like and how it responds and operates.

Remember, Metamorphosis is beyond simple ordinary change.

Change makes your reality different, but Metamorphosis births you into a completely different and New Reality. Metamorphosis is being born anew into a reality you never even knew existed before.

Today our added focus is on directly projecting the 99 Frequency of Universal Love Shining Forth and Divine Grace toward the Heart of Planetary Governments and Ruling Bodies and Organizations in order to assist in the further opening of the Heart Chakras of those who make decisions affecting the lives of large populations of humans. We do this with the Sacred Intention of Creating the necessary Metamorphosis of Structured Power Organizations allowing those holding these positions to understand and know the Hope for a brighter future for Humanity lies not in division; and that the Safety desired by all Nations is created without boundaries of fear and greed, and resides in the Forgiveness and Healing of old wounds and Welcoming Change.

Today is a 9 Frequency day with a 11 Sub-frequency influence.

9 – I AM Unconditional Giving

11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation

This 9-11 Frequency combination was the frequency we stated the year 2014 with; and today is also the first day of the second Out-breath phase in our 22 day Cosmic Meditation designed for the Initial Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche.

I have always shared that the easiest way to come to understand and experience the frequency of the 9 frequency bandwidth is to think of Mother Teresa and Princess Diana and the work these two women did, and the energy they embodied and projected to the world. The loving energy that floods over you when you connect with this image is the energy of the 9 Frequency.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more spiritual perspective.

Today the 11 frequency is here to lend support to the 9 Frequency. It is here to assist in expanding your understanding of Divine Unconditional Giving and the difference holding this level of Giving and Compassion can make in the world when we apply it to our lives each and every day.

The 9 Frequency is about Unconditional Giving, and Unconditional Giving is giving to others without expectation of return.

We must also know and remember that Forgiveness is also an act of Unconditional Giving. Let’s look at this for just a moment.

It is said,

“To err is human, to forgive is divine.”

What we must first recognize is that, this act of Unconditional Giving through Forgiveness must begin with our Self if we are to be of true assistance to the work of creating and manifesting a positive influence on the world and the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity as One.

You cannot lend positive energy to creating and manifesting Positive Change, World Peace and Equality while holding onto anger, resentment, pain, grief, judgment, and chastisement of Self (or others) over what you perceive as past mistakes; and to truly forgive others to the full extent of this energy, you must do so for Self first.

What transpires when you Forgive yourself is a complete release of energies that no longer serve your highest good or the highest good of the Collective Consciousness.

The 9 Frequency is also about Completion, and the act of Unconditional Giving through Forgiveness brings you to this stage of Completion. Once reached, this is a big step in your Spiritual Awakening process; for you cannot move forward to exist fully and continuously into the Master Number Frequencies until this process is complete.

Remember, as was stated in the quote above, Forgiveness is a Conscious and Deliberate Decision. You must want to do this work, then you must Consciously decide to Forgive, then you must act upon that decision.

Today’s 9 Frequency lends assistance in finalizing this work on all levels. So use this familiar energy to assist you in this work of Completion of the release of energies that no longer serve your highest good and prepare to step forward into a new existence in the frequencies of the Master Numbers in a stronger and more continuous manner.

Our focus during the second In-breath phase was on creating and holding a space where all could open to the Voice of their Higher Self by Expanding their Heart Chakra Center and thus begin viewing an expanded perspective of our Collective Reality.

During the four days of this In-breath phase cycle we went within our Personal, Collective and Multi-dimensional bodies and created and held a space of Welcome and Safety for all those who are desirous of change, and want to take action to make that change, yet are still intimidated and fearful of doing so.

We focused on creating this space using the 99 Frequency of Universal Love Shining Forth and Divine Grace so that others may come in to their personal power and see and know beyond doubt… WE ARE THE CHANGE WE DESIRE TO CREATE.

Today we begin exhaling this energy out to envelope all of Humanity and its Collective Consciousness and Reality.

We lovingly exhale this energy out to wrap Earth and all life on it in this Welcoming and Safe blanket of Healing so as to be of assistance in making Change in our Reality in a positive and Spiritually Expansive fashion.

Within this Welcoming and Safe blanket of Healing is held the realization that “Forgiveness” of Self and others is essential to creating positive change in our Collective Reality.  

We exhale this frequency and its energy out from our Expanded Heart Chakra in the same manner of Unconditional Love Shining Forth, bestowing the Sacred Gifts of Divine Grace as did Mother Teresa, Princess Diana, St. Francis of Assisi, and many others when they walked our Precious Earth in physical form.

Today, and during the next four day of Out-breath of the bestowing of Unconditional Love and Divine Grace Shining Forth may all be Healed and Forgiven. May All Beings of Earth know they exist within a Realty of Safety where all are Welcome to Share and partake of the Holy Waters of Divine Love and Grace.
