Today is a 4 Frequency day with a 44 Sub-frequency influence and a 444 Active Potential.

Here is a quick overview of the work at hand.

On Saturday the 28^th we did work on Self. Then on Sunday the 29^th, we balanced and anchored the work we did on Self. Yesterday, Monday the 30^th we focused on and created, and then set our Intention for what we want to manifest, where and how we want to move forward in our Spiritual Awakening process, and the reality we want to create during the course of next year, 2014.

Today we are going to build the form, or the template if you prefer, on which we will construct our New Reality. Then… tomorrow on the 1^st of January, 2014 under the influence of the frequencies and energies of the New Year and the New Moon, we will activate everything we have INTENTIONALLY set in to place.

The 4 Frequency is about work. It is about creating limits, boundaries and a solid foundation upon which to build. It is represented by the Sacred Geometric forms of the Square and the Cube; equal in all ways and holding a unifying principle. The 4 Frequency, through the Sacred Geometric forms of the Square and the Cube brings light into your body and your life in a balanced manner, and assists you in holding your world in equilibrium. It helps you to build your life upon a strong and solid foundation. The 4 Frequency teaches the lesson of steady growth through patience, and shows the value of a strong work ethic; but above all it teaches us about our work in Service to Others and about doing our share of any necessary work, both in the physical world and in the Spiritual world.

The 44 Frequency of today actually supports the work of this initial Foundation building by speaking of the fact that our world IS built upon, and supported by a Sacred Structure that is strong and safe. And with all that is transpiring in the mainstream world right now, we can all use the awareness of being supported in our Spiritual Journey.

The 44 Frequency is the frequency where the igniting of the Spark of the Group Collective Conscious Mind that lies dormant in the 2 Frequency occurs. Here within the 44 Frequency is where Ruling and Governmental Bodies work at their best; where those in positions of power learn to come together and to work toward what is best for everyone concerned. This Frequency is where we learn to come together and act in accordance for All… as ONE.

The 44 Frequency is also about Metamorphosis.

The new path into the Multi-dimensional realms we, the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, are beginning down will change us and our perceptions of Reality. This new path will change us is ways, that at this stage of our journey we cannot yet even begin to imagine; especially under the multi 7 Frequency we will be heavily influenced by for all of 2014. At this point in projected space and time we are only beginning to think about, and comprehend what the concept of a Universe of Infinite Possibilities looks like and how it responds and operates.

Remember, Metamorphosis is beyond simple ordinary change.

Change makes your reality different, but Metamorphosis births you into a completely different and New Reality. Metamorphosis is being born anew into a reality you never even knew existed before.

The 4 and 44 Frequencies working together lends assistance in a huge change, a Metamorphosis occurring in our reality, especially in areas that concern and involve many people; all of human consciousness and the whole planet are going to be affected by this Metamorphosis in the coming year. And all of this Metamorphosis will be created due to everyone involved suddenly deciding to take responsibility for their share of the work to be done, and put their egos aside and stop making decisions based on what is best for them individually, and instead begin making decisions based on what is best for everyone involved equally.

Transformation vs. Transmutation

The 444 Frequency is the frequency where the expansion of our Multi-dimensional Self and Reality begins in earnest. Here what has been conceived in the 111 Frequency, gone through a time of gestation where it prepared its self for birth in the 222 Frequency, and then was birthed through the 333 Multi-dimensional Birth Portal, begins to grow and move into existence in a much more solid and physical form. If we were to compare this to the human physical process of birth we would say the “Child has been born”.

We are being guided to take on more responsibility for the Awakening of the Collective Consciousness and the building of our New World and Future. We are being shown that we are moving into a Multi-dimensional Reality and everything we have ever believed and held to be the limits of what our reality is getting ready to change in ways we cannot yet really comprehend.

Today, remember you are supported as you move through this time of Metamorphosis, so do not let yourself be deterred by fear. Keep your frequency high and ride the wave of energy out of the old and into the new.

May your journey through today’s frequencies into the newly opening Multi-dimensional Realms and Realities be truly Eye/I opening.

Today is a 3 Frequency day with a 33 Sub-frequency influence and a 333 Active Potential.

33 – I AM Compassionate Consciousness in Universal Service

333 – I AM the Multi-dimensional Birth Portal

Before going into the explanation of today’s frequencies, I first want to touch on our focus for today; Creating and Setting Intention for 2014, and why we need to make New Year’s Intentions and not New Year’s Resolutions.

It should be very evident by now that I AM all about Frequency! Frequency we are influenced by, and Frequency we create and emit. So let’s look at the frequency of the words Resolution and Intention.

First: most of us are very familiar with making New Year’s Resolutions. We start out all high-spirited and energetic about what we say we want to change in our life, but by the end of January most of us have already forgotten and let go by the wayside what we half-heartedly committed our self to in the first place. When a Collective Consciousness continuously puts any meaning and energy into a concept, idea and/or word, that energy becomes embedded into it, and it then emits that frequency.

As Spiritually Awakened Beings, we have come to understand and more effectively utilize the Art of Setting Intention. So this alone is reason enough to change our mindset from Resolution to Intention.   

But if this is not enough, then let’s look at the Numerological Frequency of these two words and what they emit and radiate.

Resolution – 13/4 This is a Karmic Imbalance number within the New Mayan Calendar Round reality. This word emits a frequency lacking commitment to work. Quite frankly and ironically, by the very frequency of the word, Resolution has no resolve to it! It could have, but it has become imbued with a Karmic Imbalance due to the Collective’s agreed upon meaning of this word by the very actions of not following through.        

On the other hand, the word Intention emits and radiates a 12/3 frequency; the very frequency of Creation and the initial energy of the Creative Life Force. And… it matches today’s main frequency.

This may seem like “splitting hairs” to some, but from the perspective I view reality, either we act on what we say we believe is our responsibility in creating our own reality, or we just talk about it. This may seem like a small thing, but the more we understand and Consciously and INTENTIONALLY Create Responsibly, the more efficient we become at assisting the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness and move in a positive, forward direction as ONE.

So with that shared I remind you that on the 28^th we did work on Self. Then yesterday, the 29^th, we balanced and anchored the work we did on Self.

Now today we are going to focus on and create, and then set our Intention for what we want to manifest, where and how we want to move forward in our Spiritual Awakening process, and the reality we want to create during the course of next year. Today we are only going to create and Set our Intentions into place. Then on the 1^st of January of 2014, under the influence of the frequencies and energies of the New Year and the New Moon, we will activate those Intentions.

Now to today’s frequencies.

The 3 Frequency is Creative Energy; Creativity in all forms. It is the initial energy of the Creative Life Force for the physical realms, and is the lower frequency vibration of the 111, and therefore associated with the Initial Spark of the Conception Energy. The 3 Frequency is lighthearted and filled with the energy of Joy. It sets our imaginations free from structured reality and allows us to fly to Mystical and Magickal realms.

In this energy we play, we enjoy life and everything is has to offer. This way of existing, in turn, opens us to unlimited possibilities of Creative Expression.

The frequency of Joy is one of the highest, if not the highest frequency obtainable within our reality. When you exist in, and work from the energy of Joy anything is not only possible, it manifest into physical reality quickly.

The 33 Frequency holds the energy of Compassion, but this is Compassion of a higher frequency than that of the everyday human level. This is Compassion created from the High Heart of the Human form and is the same frequency of Compassion that Sananda, known to many by the name of Jesus the Christ, and other Ascended Masters carried and emitted while incarnate in human form. The 33 Frequency is the initial energy of The Christ Consciousness, and it lends its self to showing us how to hold Compassion for others without becoming attached to the dramas of their lives. For we must come to understand that if we are to be of the most assistance possible to the positive forward movement of the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, we have to learn to allow others the right to experience the journey of awakening they are creating for themselves upon the path of human life without becoming attached to the dramas and low vibrational frequencies their negative emotions create; for if we don’t we are actually adding to exactly what it is we desire to help heal and release.

The focus this month has been on the Opening of the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round, and this 3-33-333 frequency combination has played a big part in that work. This frequency is about us, as the Collective Group Mind we are in the process of becoming, coming together in Universal Service to be of assistance to all of Humanity from a place of Compassion born from the energy of The Christ Consciousness, and to take on our part of the responsibility for the welfare of the furthered Spiritual Awakening of all Mankind out of a sense of Joy; knowing full well what we are capable of creating as our collective reality.

So if you have felt the call to work with the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality, please focus your thoughts, your heart and your loving energy on the reality that lies ahead.  A friend recently asked for instruction on Activating Multiple Strand Spiritual DNA. In response to her request I have written the following and decided to share it here for any who may want to use this particular process for Activating their Multiple Strand Spiritual DNA.

DNA Activation Process

I suggest you start with initially activating 12 Strands of Spiritual DNA, then proceed in increments of 12 until you reach 72; so that would be 12 Double Helix Strands initially activated, followed by 24, then 36, 48, 60, 72.

Once you have activated the first 72 Double Helix Strands of Spiritual DNA you will then activate another 72, which will take you to 144 Double Helix Strands of DNA, or 288 Single Strands of DNA.

“5) Back to that Spiritual DNA we were talking about

By now most Lightworkers are aware of the process of activating multiple “new” strands of Spiritual DNA. The Spiritual DNA we are currently activating has always been a part of our complete Spiritual Self, and is necessary for raising the frequency of our physical and etheric bodies so as to enable us to, safely and effectively move “back into” our Light Bodies. Sometimes this process is misunderstood. It is more clearly stated that we are RE-Activating these Spiritual DNA strands. They have always been there; we just stepped too deeply into dense frequency vibratory rate realms for them to operate at full capacity. In a very basic manner, the vast majority of these Spiritual DNA strands had to shut down almost completely or we would not have been capable of moving into such dense frequency realms. This DNA has always been within us, and the knowledge of this hidden and almost completely dormant DNA allowed those who knew of it to implant mechanisms and devices into it that aided them in using it in controlling ways. Keeping the knowledge of these “Spiritual DNA Strands” hidden for as long as possible was the first order of business for the Shadow Side Forces.

 Strategically placed locks within particular Spiritual DNA Strands create blockages to the knowledge of the truth of humankind’s Spiritual heritage. Tactically placed, these obstructions create stumbling blocks that, although they cannot and will not halt the inevitable outcome of all that is encompassed in the current Ascension process, if left unchecked and unattended, can and will, slow the process.

 Every truth humans reawaken to, deal with and take charge of implementing into their lives, individually and collectively, is one less blockage that can hinder the progression of our journey home to ONEness.”

Now for the activation process

Each of us has what we can term or label an “Etheric Physician”; “Etheric” meaning non-terrestrial. Very basically, I guess you could say, this is one of our Spiritual Guides who we can call on to help us maintain and care for our Etheric and Physical Bodies, including our Aura; our personal energy field.

Step 1:

Go into a meditative state with the intention of calling upon your Personal Etheric Physician. The first time you call upon your Personal Etheric Physician, I suggest you take the time to meet them and get to know them a bit. Very much like you would a physician in the physical world.

Questions you may want to ask and have answered

Do they emit a Masculine of Feminine frequency? (to us… are they male or female) What is his/her name? What do they look like? Where are they from? Have you work with them before? and if so, when and where? And any other questions you might have.

Step 2:

Once you have gotten to “know” them, you can either set an appointment for later, (if you are ready to physically leave meditation) to Activate the number of Spiritual Strands of DNA you are ready to activate and maintain.

Sometimes they will have specific instructions as to certain work they want you to do for a certain number of days, in preparation for the Activation. Examples such as, they may want you to fast and/or cleanse. They may want you to meditate on something specific for a certain amount of time, or they may want you to finalize some particular type of emotional release work, etc. They may also ask you to gather crystals or other stones of particular vibratory rates to utilize during the activations, or even particular Essences or Essential Oils. Other times they will think you are ready then. Simply follow their instructions.  

On the day of each activation, try to find at least a several hour period when you will be undisturbed. This allows you time for the meditation process where the activation will take place, plus time afterwards for relaxing and allowing the initial assimilation of the new frequencies to settle into your personal energy field/aura and you physical body.  

A visual for this newly activated Spiritual DNA:

The Double Helix Strands of DNA weave themselves together creating an energy channel, or tube, that runs through the center of your body. Basically you can visualize it creating a boundary, or the wall of your Sushumna Channel. (For now only focus on the Sushumna Channel in the picture below, and do not concern yourself with the Ida and Pingala energy channels for this work.)

The activation of each additional 12 Strand increment increases the diameter of the Sushumna Channel. How this will feel is very individual. My personal experience is that once all 72 Double Helix Strands are activated and woven together, the Sushumna Channel fills approximately the center 1/3 of the physical body.

Once you have activated the first 72 Double Helix Strands of Spiritual DNA, and have worked with this for a sufficient amount of linear time and are comfortable with maintaining this frequency, then you are ready to activate the next 72 Strands.

The Second 72 Strands of Spiritual DNA

The activation of these 72 Strands is done all at once. I suggest, if possible in your daily life, you set aside two days of at least minimal physical exertion for this activation. (Alone time is always best, but is not always afforded to us in our day to day lives.) This will give you time to do the work with your Etheric Physician and then have a relaxing down time to let the physical body rest and adjust to the substantial frequency increase.

The process is the same as with the smaller number strand activations. I highly suggest you meet with your Etheric Physician a few days, to a week or so before you plan on doing this activation to see if they have any specific instructions they would like for you to follow.

The activation of this second set of 72 Double Helix Strands of Spiritual DNA creates a second outer wall of your Sushumna Channel. In other words, the “Energy Channel/Tube” created by the first 72 Strands will be contained just inside this “Energy Channel”. Like double paned glass, this makes a second layer.

On the day of this Activation, do as before and move into your meditative state, following all instructions from your Etheric Physician.

Allow quite relaxing time to assimilate these new frequencies after the work is completed.

If you notice, each of the numbers associated with this DNA Activation process adds to either a 3, a 6 or a 9. This is the same number sequence associated with the Solfeggio Frequencies. I highly recommend the use of the Solfeggio Frequencies during the time of preparation for, and in the actual Activations.

Personally I suggest you specifically use the 528 Hz – Miracle/DNA Repair and the 417 Hz – Transmutation. The use of any and/or all is fine, but these two in particular are very good for this work.

If you are not familiar with the Solfeggio Frequency tones and music, you can simply search it on the web. There are many good Solfeggio music videos on Youtube and you can buy any number of versions of them on iTunes. Just find what resonates with you.

Remember, 12 Double Helix Strands is actually 24 Single Strands of DNA, 24 Double Helix Strands is actually 48 Single Strands of DNA, etc.

Each Double Helix Stand pair will have a Masculine/+ Charged Strand and a Feminine/ – Charged Strand joined into one “Double Helix”.

In conjunction with these activation, once you have assimilated and adjusted to the higher frequencies you are now holding and maintaining, (allow several weeks after the assimilation of the second 72 Strands before doing this next step), you will initiate a double spin direction of these two layers of Spiritual DNA.

Once again, go into your meditative state and call upon your Etheric Physician to assist you in this process.

Initiate/Start the inner Energy Channel spinning in a clockwise direction. Give a few minutes to allowing this spin to start and then find its proper rate of spin.

Once this feels complete you will then initiate the outer Energy Channel to begin spinning in a counter-clockwise direction. Give yourself time to allow these two spin directions to find equilibrium and set the proper spin rate and ratio to each other.

Your Double Helix Strand Spiritual DNA Activation is now complete.

 My personal advice:

1: Don’t let your ego guide you into thinking you can skip ahead in this process. You can cause yourself emotional and mental discomfort and slow the process down by thinking and acting on decisions made with Ego’s voice and advise.

2: You need to give some linear time, usually a few weeks, (1 to 3) between each additional Activation. You have to learn to operate, and maintain each higher frequency.  

3: Consciously work each day with these newly RE-activated Strands of Spiritual DNA. Give at least a few minutes time each day to making sure your energy is flowing correctly and with no blockages.

4: Become acquainted with what the energy flows feel like along these Strands and within this newly expanded Sushumna Channel. If you discover any blockages, or begin having emotional, mental or physical issues, simply call upon your Etheric Physician for assistance and follow their instructions.

5: For all who practice Energy Healing. Remember, we each have our own personal Etheric Physician. When you are doing Healing Energy Work on another, you can call on your Etheric Physician to contact their Etheric Physician for assistance. Once you become more efficient at working with Etheric Physicians, you can call directly on the Etheric Physician of the person you are doing the Healing Energy Work for.

This afternoon I began hearing The Great Invocation. It just kept playing over and over in my mind; so I AM following the lead of Spirit and sharing it here. 

May its words and frequency bring you to that still center point from where we create.

I had not expected to give today its own post also, but I feel it calls for it.

Today is a 4 Frequency day with a 22 Sub-frequency influence.

When I sat down to write today’s report I began by looking over past daily reports to make sure I wasn’t missing any important connections to past dates. Interestingly enough, since I began doing these Frequency Reports in mid August of this year we have not had a day with this particular frequency, and upon further investigation I found we will not see it again until April 2014, where we will see it a couple of times, but only as a 4 Frequency with a 22 Minor frequency influence; in other words, it won’t be as strong.

To be very honest I was a bit surprised to not find any past reports with this particular frequency combination because when I saw it, it just resonated so gently and unassumingly. There is just something about it that seems so familiar.

So we are going to be keeping a close eye on this Frequency combination in the coming months and see exactly where else it may pop up and what it means for us in the coming year ahead.

As I began typing today’s report I heard the term “Spiritual Contractor”. This is very much what this 4-22 Frequency combination is about.

The 4 Frequency is about work and creating limits, boundaries and a solid foundation upon which to build. It is represented by the Sacred Geometric forms of the Square and the Cube; equal in all ways and a unifying principle. The 4 Frequency, through the Sacred Geometric forms of the Square and the Cube brings light into your body and your life in a balanced manner, and assists you in holding your world in equilibrium; built upon a strong and solid foundation. The 4 Frequency teaches the lesson of steady growth through patience, and shows the value of a strong work ethic; but above all it teaches us about our work in service to others and about doing our share of any necessary work.

I have shared before that the frequency of the 22 is that of the Master Builder; building upon, with and through Sacred Structure.

I have used the example of the word “Buddha” being a 22 Frequency word, and how the Master Jesus, known to many as Sananda, “The Carpenter’s Son”, is a perfect metaphor for that of “one who is a Master Builder, building upon Sacred Structure”.

We have talked about how both of these Masters (and many more) teach of “Building” your life and reality upon a Structure of Sacredness, created upon the Foundation of all things Sacred and with the knowledge of your Spiritual heritage, and that just as these Masters did, you too are capable of building your reality upon a Sacred Structural form. Just as these two Masters lived an honorable and principled life while incarnate upon Earth, so too should we strive to be ethical and moral in our daily interactions with all others, no matter who or what they might be.

Today’s frequency combination is setting the stage; it is laying the foundation for creating the reality we will be moving into. Today’s frequency is laying the foundation for our individual realities, and our Collective Reality, and today is the first of that work.

Like I said earlier, we will not see this frequency combination again until April of 2014, so what you focus on creating today will begin to manifest into your life in a more physical and tangible form come April 2014.

Yesterday we had a day of Creation…. Creating the blueprint you could say, of what we want our reality to be. Today we lay the foundation upon which to build it. Tomorrow, Monday, December 23^rd, we take the next Adventurous step in its creation and Tuesday, December 24^th, we will begin energetically setting the building blocks of Love to build it with.

This is the work of the Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality during these days in which “Time Stands Still” for us, and we find ourselves suspended from mainstream society, in a “Free Floating” space just inside the boundaries of the newly forming Metatronic Consciousness Energy Round reality.

Because of this “Time Stands Still” effect between now and the 24^th, don’t be surprised if you have some very strange and totally unexpected occurrences happen to you as you attempt to interact with the “mainstream” world. I can personally attest to having these types of experiences already; nothing that can’t be handled, but totally unexpected and seemingly ludicrous for even that reality. The test and the trick is to stay centered and keep your energy balanced and your frequency high. And by all means… do not ignore the prodding’s and urgings of your Higher Self and your Guides, no matter how trivial the suggestions may sound. Believe me… it WILL make a difference.    

I highly suggest you take time today to meditate and focus upon the Frequency of Love that we desire our newly forming reality to be with and upon. Today is also a good day to meditate on and do any ritual work you may be drawn to, to set your intention for what you wish to manifest into your life and reality for next year.
